The experience we had initially was wonderful!! Theo was so very NICE and helpful and informative!! He has a great personality and we appreciated it!! He quoted us 399.00$ for the bed we WANTED!!! Well we didn't come back last week but we came in today!! And Kelly took the bull-by-the-horns and treated us wonderfully!! She gave us the same price and she took care of the rest!! She has an awesome personality and her appreance shined!!! VERY nice person who was the icing on the cake!! THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH!! Very helpful. Showed me several types in various price ranges let me ask lots of questions and try them out. Store was clean and well laid out. Too bad salesman was a Fresno State fan but I didn t hold that against him.

Outstanding product, incredible customer service. Theo has been a huge help to me every time I visit. He is more interested in helping you understand all of the options and helping you get all the information you need than he is in making a sale. Great return policy too so there is very little risk. Love this place. I bought a Queen for myself and a twin for my sister s family. No better place to get a mattress same day with no fuss. They also have several floor models for sale if you want to save some cash.

Ryan was awesome! We went in a couple weeks ago and looked at beds. We had one picked out and were just waiting on some finances to come through. When it did and we went back he remembered who we were and set up the bed for us with delivery. He was very nice and very helpful.

Mattress shopping is stressful. No pun intended, my wife and I lost sleep once we started the process back in December. The people at Brooklyn Bedding were not the typical pushy, high pressure sales people we found elsewhere. The first week of January, my wife and I bought a Brooklyn Bedding bed that was very nice, except it was too plush and unsupportive. We did give it more than 60 days which is very reasonable to do. It takes time for the bed to fully expand and also for your body to adjust. We returned today and asked to return the mattress and change to something more firm. Without hesitation they scheduled a time to make the exchange. Theo and John provided excellent customer service. They are locally made in Phoenix and seem to be of exceptional quality. We will be returning to purchase a bed for our guest bedroom when the time comes and for any of our mattress needs in the future.

Theses individuals at the location of 7th Ave and Camelback have no patience dealing with customer. They only care about themselves , as long as they make a sale they don't care about you as a customer. I will NEVER purchase a bed from them in my lifetime.

Staff is outstanding and do what takes find you perfect nights sleep

So far our experience has been very disappointing. The mattress has yet to ship ten days after the order was placed when the estimate was 1-4 business days. Their customer service team could not care less. They have yet to respond to an email from last week and the specialist (Anissa) who I chatted with may as well have told me to get lost. I understand COVID is complicating things for everyone but even a mass email saying orders are delayed would be better than what they have done. If you haven't place an order yet save yourself the headache. We are currently deciding if we want to cancel or order and go with our second choice or not.

Ryan McBride was great to work with. He listened well to what I was looking for. He could inject idea s that aI had not considered. We work on our specific business for several weeks and today, I went in to make payment for the bed I was responsible for ordering. I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Bedding to anyone and I will return in the future to work directly with Ryan.

Awesome customer service by the Brooklyn Bedding crew. Instead of typical sales people, they simply guided me to the bed I was looking for. A great place to buy a bed set if you re shopping local and not a major mattress retailer.

Went in just for a box spring and was able to walk out with just what I needed in about 6 minutes! And for less than what I found online on the company website!! Both gentleman working on 12/8 were frendly, courteous and prompt...I will be back!

Theo was very helpful by explaining the different beds and by having me try them out to make sure I was getting the support I need.

My wife and I were in need of a bed frame not wanting to spend a lot of money. Greg treated us great even though it definitely wasn't a big sell for him. The service he provided will definitely have us thinking of Brooklyn the next time we need a bed.

Theo was fantastic and answered all of our questions. The process was fast and easy, as my wife and I did some research on what we wanted beforehand. Theo was knowledgeable and helped us figure what firmness was best for our current life cycle (kiddo on the way). I would highly recommend! And super excited for the BB Aurora and it's cooling features!

We had a Signature medium mattress that we thought was remarkably comfortable pop 4 springs through the bottom of the mattress.

We noticed it when we were changing the manditory mattress cover. A cover is mandated to keep your warranty.
The BB tech came out to assess the problem. He sent his findings back to the store we bought it at 17 months earlier. The store manager then called my wife and declared they would not cover it.

I then called that manager and got an unitelligent, low class salesmanager on the phone, he happened to be the man who called my wife. I explain my consumer rights and the immediate action I would proceed to take if they would not honor the warranty. Before the call was over he told me that they would now BUILD us a new replacement mattress.

Two weeks later they delivered the replacement mattress. We knew that night that we had been delivered an inferior mattress with a much less spring count per foot and a lessor grade of pillowtop foam.

The very next day my wife called him again. He told her nope, we are done with your mattress replacement. I then called him up and we got into an argument. During that argument I used some choice curse words.
I hung up and knew I would be heading down to argue it out. But before I did I visited two other Brooklyn Bedding stores and laid on the same superb mattress. That convinced me that we were certainly given a grossly lesser mattress.

We finally went in person to the store and met the snake oil salesman. He argued his point. Rather them me clocking this mental midget in the jaw I left before I lost my temper again.

The following Monday I reached a very helpful customer service girl. She put the district manager in touch with me. He is another snake oil salesman. He said he will replace the mattress but I need to pay them an $89.00 delivery fee and there will be no warranty of any kind on this next mattress. He had me over a barrel so I agreed. I week later they brought us out another mattress that is as great as our original mattress.
The lesson to learn from this experience is that Brooklyn Bedding will do morally wrong underhanded things to line thier pockets.

We ve visited camelback and 7th ave location and we were welcomed by Theodore salesman who gave good information about the mattresses and answered all our questions and matched us with the price we requested.

This has been the worst service I've ever had. The salesman lead me to believe the setup would be a little after 3 and then setup lead me to believe around 7 then it's 9pm horrible service

Our experience at Brooklyn Bedding was excellent. John helped us and was very professional and informative. He showed us several options and narrowed us into the perfect mattress. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a more expensive mattress or extra add-ons. I would certainly recommend Brooklyn Bedding.

So far so good. Got a bed & base from them , now waiting to pick up. Store ppl said it would be ready to pick up Monday afternoon but just playing waiting game now...

We had a great experience at Brooklyn Bedding. We worked with John and he was great! We didn t know anything about mattresses but John made sure to fill us in and make sure we were getting a mattress that was right for not only our budget but our bodies as well! We didn t buy the same day but when we came back, we only had 15 minutes to place the purchase in order to get the same day free delivery. John was there again and he made sure to place the order and make some calls so we could get our mattress the same day. We highly recommend everyone at Brooklyn Bedding.
