I signed my employee and myself up for snow shoveling with their business partner, that same night we each got 8 robo-calls, and 6 seperate texts, at 1 am...not from my contact that i wanted to shovel for. And on top of that, after the first text, the texts became obscene, insulting, and harassing. Not cool, woke my whole house up, my employee is wanting to quit, and i havent slept a full night since because these middle of the night calls and texts have now happened every night since we signed up, 3 days now...

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is a sinking ship and it is falling apart. The worst management, horrible leadership and no one seems to care about their employees. DO NOT even think of getting involved with this place, you will regret it. "Employment matters" yeah right...

I'll raise or lower this when I come into contact with them personally but the phone operator was extremely dismissive, put me on hold twice for simple questions about the website, ate on the phone, and pretty much gave me the attitude that they weren't really there to help. Now I have to wait a week beforeI can even attend an orientation and it's not even guaranteed that I'll get work cause there MIGHT be a waiting list. Explained I was interested in the Work Experience/Work Placement that I could schedule an intake. Put me on hold because she apparently didn't know what her companydoes. Came back eating on the phone to set up an appointment a week out. Have tried to find day labor jobs and they won't or can't give me work. Asked her whatI'm supposed to do, and you could hear the shrug over the phone.

Love everything these guys do! Too many more laundry and shower facilities!

These ppl take awesome care of their workers. Let me give a shout out to Kate (Middleton?) Anyways the utmost coolest person you will meet there will be Kate, she does payroll an the orientations. She treats you like a person, and she works with you when your out worken. She don't stand around an watch you all day like the other staff members do. When you work, she works right along with you. She makes you proud of what you do, and she makes you WANT to show back up to work.she cares about your well being as an employee and as a person. Bayoud, is under paying her for sure. She is a true asset to bayoud an hopefully bayoud recognizes this an promotes her an raises her pay because she's the glue that holds it all together. You rock Kate! Keep up the good work. If you can get signed up for DDW, do it, you won't be sorry. Just show up for work an be respectful to Kate an don't disrespect her. Keep your eyes in your head too cuz she's a pretty lady an she deserves to be respected not gawked at like a lot of guys do. She's your boss, she's earned her respect an she's the best one to have on your side when you need it. Keep up the great work Kate...bayoud is successful and your part of the reason it's so successful.
