I purchased 2 brand new Serta mattress sets from Brooklyn Bedding(formerly known as R & S Mattress). One of them came in very good condition and my Plush Serta iComfort came with bed bugs. Since the first day (Dec 1)I laid on the mattress I started to notice small bite marks on arms. Didn't think nothing of it until last night (Dec 10) I actually saw 3 small bugs crawling on my new mattress and bedding. I immediately contacted Brooklyn bedding to request for my mattress to be replaced and some compensation for bringing the bugs into my house. I spoke with Eduardo and he said that there nothing that can be done and even though I'm under warranty still nothing can be done and speak to the Manager. I'm upset because I have to deal with removing the bugs, paying for a $1300 mattress and being out of work until they are fully removed from my house. I will update this once the manager is spoken to
