The buying process all the way to the maintenance scheduling were easy and quite pleasant. The last maintenance I got done at RK was completed in a very timely manner while I waited in their customer lounge. Attentive staff and professional technicians, I d gladly rather do business here than at any other shop.
I made an appointment for the included first oil change for my truck. When I showed up the Service Manager met me as usual and I asked if there was recall on my truck because I suspected there was one. She said she would look into it and let me know if they could accommodate me as I would have have to wait.
She never communicated to me that they could do the Recall work. The Recall work took about an hour and that's fine, I have no issues with that. The Oil Change that I had an appointment for also took an hour. I saw the transition from one shop to the other.
After about the two hour mark, I asked the service manager the status of the truck and she would find out she reported that the technician was just finishing to paperwork. That's was about 20-30 minutes after I saw that nobody was working on the truck in the shop for about that long.
Recall work you guys are of Course the go-to for all that. Routine maintenance, not so much.
Jon Queen and Mike are the best. They go the extra mile to help you get what you really want. We have been working with them for years. We have owned so many different Chevrolet vehicles due to we love the new styles they keep coming out with. Our whole family has one. Our neighbors joke us saying we should be a commercial.

Friendly check in for service and quick turn around. Could do a better job on vehicle pickup. Had go locate my truck myself and when it wasn't in the area I was told, service personnel found it in a different location. Would be nice if service people got the vehicles for customers to start.
R.K. Subaru Service is the best! They are kind, courteous, and professional. I have never been disappointed going there. The loaner car team is equally great. And the salespeople as well. This is where I will buy my next vehicle.

Kris Wilson is a really great Car Sales Consultant. I appreciated him going the extra mile to work with me to help me find my next vehicle(s). COVID-19 has really limited new vehicle availability at dealerships nationwide...so it's very tough trying to purchase or even lease something during this time (frustrating actually). R.K. Chevrolet has always been my go to dealership over the years and I've never had an issue (I love their service/maintenance department as well) from buying to selling or leasing with them.
