Virtual IT have provided 24/7 offsite/remote IT support to our company over the last 3 years during which time our network has been extremely reliable. Moving our email service to the cloud through Virtual IT has also proved invaluable for our staff members who are often travelling. Virtual IT provide a very good quality and value for money service allowing our staff to focus on their core jobs rather than worrying about IT issues. As such we plan to continue using Virtual IT for our IT support.

Excellent support for 2 charities I help. Now 4 years experience with them. The support and proactive help means that IT just works for the users, - and any problems are sorted quickly and courteously. Would recommend them even for small users, - with little IT experience or skills. The process of advising, quoting, installing and commissioning has been pretty problem-free, - and that's with 2 iterations with very different organisations.

I work for a charity in East London called POSITIVE EAST we outsourced all of our IT support services to Virtual about 7 months ago, utilizing a hybrid cloud solution where our email and back up is in the cloud but all network stuff remains on site. The transition was done very smoothly and everything that was promised has been offered. The ongoing support is very good and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
