Huge centre. Access to two metro stations. Place des arts & China Town 7 min. Away. Grand shopping. Plenty of fast food choices. Food super market. Plenty of choices. Great amusement for children on holidays and special occasions! Air conditioned which is a boom in hot summer days. A hotel on the premises. A must visit when in Montreal. Access to the underground network and a direct route to Chinatown. Enjoy your stay!

Possibly the worst washrooms in all of Montreal. It's always soaking, dirty, and when I went today there was no toilet paper. If you go to this mall, do NOT use it.
The Jazz music is nice but it gets tiring after a while. The Fountain in the center is nice, and there's a fair selection of stores.
I'd rate this mall 5 stars if they'd just maintain their washroom.
Just don't get the meat. Ii got lost trying to get out of the bathroom
Worst client service! I had a couple important questions and the person at the Front Desk want it to only get ride of me or at least I felt it that way. Thank god I'm closing my accounts with them!
Service often very quick and efficient but the people at the welcoming entrance are not very "welcoming"

After giving them many chances. Changing it to 1 even if the tellers do good work. The managers on the floor don't really seem to want to help customers. Had a deposit going in a wrong bank account due to mistakes on BOTH ends for not checking names and accounts. The manager just said "well, we just deposit as is" and ran off. The teller had to tell me to go to the mother branch (whom BY the way, went above and beyond to make sure the money was IN the RIGHT account). Also they really should offer clients paper towels to clean our hands with their disgusting disgusting disinfectant that is so thick and never dries instead of yelling at people for "contaminating" when really they should know that our hands were sanitized 5 seconds ago.
Don't go here unless you want to make yourself feel like a phoney. Caisse Versants Mont-Royal or Notre-Dame are much nicer

My first trip to this Caisse Desjardin did not go well. Upon the instructions of an agent I spoke with last week, I went there to provide my signature so that I could become Treasurer for our lake association. When I presented myself to the front desk the lady insisted that was impossible and that I had to go to the branch where the account was held. I explained what I was told, so she called her supervisor, who gave me the same line. When I insisted that I was told to go to that branch she reluctantly game me a number to join the waiting line.
My number was called, the teller had the right papers, and there was no problem doing the transaction. On my way out I stopped at the front desk to tell them that they misinformed me and all I got in return was a shrug from the supervisor. I guess they learn that shrug at costumer service school...
I don't mind when people make mistakes, as we are all human, but it really annoys me that people in customer service don't own up.
