Cooper& Williams / Cooper Bros Floor Covering Contractors Review

We live locally to Cooper & Williams and, having heard about their reputation from various friends, it made sense to use them when we needed some tiling work doing. The products and workmanship were first class, and the team really friendly and easy to deal with.

Very good selection of what we want. Even able to take a sample home. Hopefully the score will justify a reasonable price when we get measured up tomorrow!!

Well what can i say!!!!!!!
Don t know how there work was as never got scheduled. I rang them in November and Wayne came out straight away to look at roof and in same week they sent me a quote for the job for my insurance ( ONE STAR EARNED THERE) after that i had to chase to see when the job could be done, spoke to another Wayne who said they would arrange if possible to get roof done and herd nothing so rang them at end of December and spoke to Wayne to arrange job and he said he would ring me in first week of January to arrange for the job to be done in the second week of January now we are on the 27th of January and herd NOWT. Fair enough the weather has not been the best but would of expected a couple of courtesy calls for an update. So if this is how they start there relationship with a customer god knows what the work will be like!!!!!

John came from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury to lay our Karndean flooring throughout. We are so pleased with the finish and John always cleared any mess up before leaving over the few days it took him. Smashing job, kept socially distanced and took all the precautions and he was a very pleasant man. Can t recommend this company enough.

Cooper & William's did our kitchen and porch and we have received great customer service, advice and end result on both occasions. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
