Mike came out yesterday and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was extremely impressed. The service I got was better than my experience with another exterminator. Yesterday when Mike was at my house I signed up for the quarterly maintenance plan. I am confident Quick Kill will keep my house free of unwanted visitors!
We have used Quickill in the past numerous times and even set up a yearly maintenance program when we moved into a new house. Unfortunately, we have had to cut back on some spending and cannot afford that anymore, but they were always flexibile with schedules, the techs were always friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. The best thing about them was that they actually took care of the problem. With other pest companies, I always felt like the problem was never solved. We had carpenter ants and Quickill was the only company that took care of the problem. After they visited, we never saw another carpenter ant. Great company and I will and have recommended them to friends and family.
I heard some scratching in my bathroom ceiling. I called quick kill and Jon came out quickly to check out the situation. They did some baiting in the attic and I haven t heard another noise since! I would highly recommend using them for your pest problems.
Quick Kill is great. They totally saved my a$$. As I was preparing a holiday meal for twelve people, I noticed hundreds of uninvited guests in my kitchen. I called them up in a panic, and they came out two hours later. They treated my house inside and out for a reasonable price.

We moved into our house two years ago and every spring and summer, there was always ants around the house perimeter. First year we hired Aptive since they were going around the neighborhood promoting their service, which seemed plausible. They had come every quarter to spray the outside perimeter, however, even after every service, I still saw ants around. Finally, after the 1-year minimum contract was over, I cancelled it since I would've done a better job. However, second year was where the real problem appeared when the ants showed up INSIDE the house's first AND second floors. Quick Kill Exterminating had very positive reviews and decided to give them a try. After setting up a time and day, they were on time to arrive and provide the service. The technician sprayed upstairs, downstairs, and the basement, where he showed me the ants' "nest" between the concrete and house framing. Afterwards, he sprayed outside in a pesticide body suit and mask. He explained these ants had been here before we moved in, since it wasn't an overnight event, but just happened to occur while we're living there. Not knowing how well their service would be, we still signed up for the quarterly service since the ants would likely make their way back after this first time. There were a few ants that still appeared during the 2-wk period, but he explained that's normal since the ants have to "carry" it back to the nest. Fortunately, before the next service appointment, we hadn't seen anymore ants inside or outside like before. As it turns out, the neighborhood always had ant problems. These guys really know their product and its effectiveness. They're always courteous and responsive when questions are asked.
We were getting some earwigs in our home. Jon came out and sprayed the home and we didnt see another one after his application. We also had a wasp nest in our light fixture which he removed and made the yard safe again for my kids. They've helped with mice as well

Great services offered! I have been having skunks setting up shop under my front stoop for years. I had some removed, but Quick Kill offered me and installed a fence to prevent skunks from coming back. I recommend Quick Kill.

I was having a lot of wasps showing up in my backyard all the time during the summer. I called quick kill and Jon came out very quickly and found 5 wasp nests that he removed around my gutters. Had issues with carpenter ants invading our home. Andrew took the time to answer all of our questions and did a very thorough job, as we couldn't find a single live ant the next day.
We always get a handful of college kids knocking on our door this time of year trying to hard sell us on signing up for insect treatment plans. I don't trust them. Would rather spend the extra money and make sure the job is done right.

Superior service with excellent results the first time. We used quick kill at our home because we had major issues with ant infections. The service only took about 30 min, but the results were amazing. I tried getting rid of the ants for about 2 months. Used every product the big box stores had (being conscient of our kids) and they still came back. After the quick kill service, I have not seen 1 ant in my home. They are great!!
I have had quick kill out a few times and each time they were successful. They removed a few skunks that were nesting under the shed. They also cleared out a big ants nest in my window. I ve had them for general bug prevention as well they are definitely the company to hire if your having a pest problem!
Quick Kill Exterminators saved me family! Tim came to my home on June 1, 2017 to help me get rid of carpet beetles and their larvae. Four other exterminator companies had already come to my home including Terminex and Orkin. They were unable to help me. I was at my wits end as the bugs arrived in January and they were everywhere. Tim immediately found the source of the problem up in the attic. My attic is not finished with only two by four wood planks. Tim crawled up there on his hands and knees. We had a wasp problem in two areas of our home - one on the second floor which was hard to reach. Tim was professional and seemed well informed about wasps. He came out on the same day, removed the nests, and treated the area around the house. He even offered a 30 day guarantee if we have wasp problems. I would use them again.
My tenant at my rental property reported that there was a possible skunk or opossum living under the deck, and they were concerned about their small dog being out in the yard. I was having an issue with spiders in my townhome. I called quick kill and they gave me a fair quote. They were able to come the same day I called to treat my home. There has been a huge reduction in all the nasty spiders!! I would recommend this company if you need buy spraying. The technician and the office staff were friendly and accommodating. I went on their quarterly plan as well.
For obvious reasons, this isn't exactly an industry I'm ecstatic to rate. But life happens. After one tenant hired his own exterminator for a unit in our condo building, three other people got complaints. My guess is that "exterminator" (who refused to identify himself other than wearing a National Pest Management Association shirt) was able to get rid of bugs in that unit and they scattered.
So I scrambled to find someone who could try to fix this issue pronto, after seeing three bugs in my own unit and a couple others having complaints. After numerous price comparisons, lots of callbacks, emails and reading an abundance of reviews, this company kept catching my eye. I've never had a bug problem before (minus an apartment I immediately moved out of as soon as I found out they had one), so hiring exterminators was new to me. I just knew I didn't want to hire that unidentifiable guy.
After a bit of discussion with a manager named Mike, Scott came out to treat a few units who requested spray. Scott was a delight. (Mike was super helpful and patient, too.) He showed up in a company shirt, clearly identified himself and was masked. He was already winning me over from professionalism alone. As mentioned in other reviews, I love over-explainers. He ran down exactly what he was going to do with the spray, wanted to know exactly what type of bug it was, what he would/would not be using, was patient with the chatty folks (including me) and gave me some prevention tips should I ever need them (I hope I never EVER do).
Minus those three bugs I saw after the other guy left, I have not seen a bug since. I've also heard no complaints. As much as I like Quick Kill Exterminating, I must admit I hope we don't NEED to hire them again. But if we do, they'll be the first company I call. Thanks, guys, for showing us how professional exterminators/companies should behave when they come to your home.
