I was impressed with the prompt reply from the company and the ability to send a technician asap to take care of our ant issue. I sent an email on Saturday and was able to setup an appointment for Monday. Scott M (technician) was kind, courteous, and friendly. He explained the process, the 30 day guarantee, and various care options. Overall I was VERY impressed and would definitely recommend using this company!! Thank you so much :)
