People that volunteer are very courteous helpful polite insight AC Cooling insight floors are very clean fruit and vegetables not over ripe well kept canned foods peaches pears plums can beans tomato sauce spaghetti sauce bags of rice bags of beans and more great place to go

Great service! Thank you to everyone who volunteers for the food bank. There is a line that moves pretty fast. I would say it takes 20-45 minutes to get through the line with free groceries to take home. I normally go home with bread, pasta, and vegetables, perfect for a little help with groceries, when your going through rough times.

I am a volunteer at the food bank, we feed thousands of hungry people.

People are helpful and freindly. You are treated respectfully. Has a good atmosphere. You are told if there is anywhere else you can go for help. They have a wide range of food that you are given that are nutritional and things most people need.

Wow to the person who said about appearances of a person? Seriously? My husband is a hard worker and we STILL need the food bank because we are going through hard times. A nice car? Yeah have you ever thought people BORROW cars or had them paid before their lives turned to crap? Have you ever thought people were FAT BEFORE they were poor, or that the reason they are fat is because of a medical condition? Absolutely disgusting that people this ignorant EXIST. Everyone goes through hard times and when an organization is there to serve EVERYONE then they are doing something GOOD as far as I'm concerned.

Fast Service, friendly workers. Check date of noodles expire fast. Produce is fresh and a lot of it.

I received a quantity of food and the senior plus. Hunger will not happen at my house in the next month. The people there were so pleasant and helpful that it was a happy time to be there.

Over crowded. Some of the volunteers, that check you in, need training and education in customer service. Some can be quite rude. Nobody ever explained, you are allowed only one visit per month. Wonder why we see the same folks time after time. The whole wheat, anything has to go. I don't know of anyone, who likes whole wheat. Takes longer to cook.

No choice in food. So when we get home i toss it out. No one in my home will eat a case of Endive lechuga( lettuce) or eat whole grain bread with mold on it next day! Frozen chicken is the only meat given 3 mo in a row. Watermelons that are bruised and old. Expired Catsup. It was a dark Brown and was over a year expired. It felt more like jail food than HUMAN services. Thanks for NOTHING Pima COUNTY

Shelves of food are stored in a huge warehouse. It literally looks like a clip from the movie"Indiana Jones" where at the very end Indiana asked where the ark was being stored and they showed a huge warehouse of rows and rows of top secret artifacts. This place is unbelievable! If everyone knew about this place, no one would ever go hungry again!

I am totally grateful for the friendly volunteers and fresh fruits and vegetables, even extra protein for seniors. I couldn't make it through the month without this free food. Thanks

I when in with a smile (and nervous because if I will qualify).. I when in around 3pm. Not so much people. The young girl took my application and I was done in about 15 mins! When threw the line the kind man gave me a cart of food. Told me if I bring it back I get something back! So I did and they gave me a big bag of chips.. Talk with the front desk helper.. She was so beautiful and helpful with sharing with her struggles (elderly parents). Took a bunch of information papers! Sooo happy I stop today. You will never know what they will have till you go! Plus today I receive flowers.

Amazing we got a case of large tomatoes, a case of yellow squash, large block of cheese, a case of sparkling grapefruit water, all kinds of bread, pasterys, Italian tomatoes. All free we also received a variety of can goods.

Very organized and efficient. Great place to volunteer on a Saturday morning!

It's a blessing that we have this place but if you're disabled such as myself you going to have to wait in line for hours to get anything. If you have a wheelchair good luck you're going to have to wait in line just like everyone else.
