Quad Electroa Review

Had my quad for inspection! Basically, the communication and everything went well, but I was shocked to get the 100ml motul oil 10W-40 for an enormous 36.31 euros. At Louis you get 4 liters for 33 euros. In my opinion the price is totally excessive and almost usury! So you can scare off customers if you want!

Addendum: In fact, the oil does not cost the price as I stated - so everything in the green area!

In fact, I was too stupid to read the invoice correctly! Sorry, of course corrected the post accordingly!

I can only recommend - professionally competent and very friendly.

I have already bought several spare parts for my ATV online at the Quad Company and it always worked perfectly, very smoothly and uncomplicated!
Also, I had to give a wrong spare part ever back which also worked fine.
So today a big compliment, keep it up

Just great! Advice and service top. The delivery times for spare parts are also great. And you always have a contact person who takes care of you. Whether for my scooter or the 125cc, the spare parts fit like a 1. The workshop works fast, clean and reliable. All around a smooth one and 5 +++ stars, keep it up !!!

Sales: Top exhibition well-kept sales room with sufficient selection of both quad and ATV.
Kai is always available for questions and especially takes time for a conversation because nothing has to go quickly you can also sit there for two hours and talk about quads.

Selection: Whether vehicles, spare parts or accessories, a huge selection thanks to the online shop. If something is not there, it will be ordered as soon as possible.

Workshop: The team around Kai and Ivo (?) Does a great job at fair prices, regardless of whether inspections, special additions or defective work is done quickly, professionally and inexpensively. Workshop is also in great condition.

All in all, I would surely think of more for the evaluation. But maybe just take a picture of the Quad Company yourself. Worth it!

As a beginner with little idea, I was introduced to various models and I found a suitable model for me - not the most expensive, but the most suitable! Thank you very much for the tips, especially those relating to safety. The baby landed safely with us and will come back for maintenance in 500km ;-)

A great online shop where I bought parts for my scooter (Kymco Downtown). By checking the model numbers / chassis numbers, you can be sure that the parts also fit. The exploded drawings help to select the right parts. The shipping was super fast and everything had arrived on time as expected. A part was not needed and could be sent back (at my own expense, which I totally agree with).
I will definitely shop at QC again!

The staff is very young and therefore the experience in dealing with customers is probably lacking ++ I waited a long time to get some unhelpful information in broken German from the mechanic ++
In addition to quads and scooters, garden tools are also offered ++ Not my world.

I've been there for only two years with my bike and am very satisfied. Staff is nice and helpful, my machine was always in good hands and it was taken care of quickly even if it was spontaneous.

Phone & opening hours: Mon - Fri 10-12 clock and 14-18 clock. Sa 10 - 14 o'clock.
If you call at 10, 10:30, 11 o'clock, etc. - no one goes and you get about 30 seconds informed that you outside of the opening hours calls.
Service is equal to zero. Reply to email is nil.
Ordered parts are not taken back and despite return you do not get your money back let alone the goods. For this you should first transfer the postage of 6.90 .

I had ordered something there before Corona times and was always quite satisfied. But what I have experienced there the last two times makes me doubt whether they still need to sell anything. I recently needed a headlight bulb, but was sent home saying that I should order it online even though it was in stock. I got them easily in the auto parts accessories trade. Today I made a new attempt and I needed a new set of tires for my scooter, the same game again.
I should order the tires online, and my request to send me advice was used by referring to Corona. So I have now got the impression that laziness has been given a new name. I immediately ordered the tires from my local tire dealer, with advice and the promise to be able to pick them up this coming Monday. So you can see that it works and there are still traders who like to make money. In any case, I will avoid the "QUAD-COMPANY" in the future.

Order and return everything worked out great. But the hotline is the last, you can not even inform if you have questions.

Shop itself ok, but complaints call essays and novels about a mother who costs 4 euros. Unfortunately, I was not helped, and ultimately have renounced the money, so I will avoid this shop. Customer service looks different.

Supplement. After probably the bad rating noticed, I got my money back. I did not have to send the wrong mother back. Nevertheless one should handle the complaints differently.

Have a visit there, since I am interested in a vehicle over 7000. Test drive was not possible. Trade-in is also not possible. Unfortunately, I did not get more information than from the internet. So I'll look further first. At such prices a test drive should be at least possible.

Can only agree with my predecessor. Zero buck, totally unfriendly. Customer is not noticed at all. There is no response to a "Hello, good day". The receptionist with an absolutely bad mood and expression. The mechanic tried to save the situation and approached the customers and offered coffee, then the seller came and interrupted the conversation between the customer and the mechanic and sent the mechanic to the workshop. The customer was not served otherwise but ignored until he simply left.
I will not come back again. Very bad store, one star too many!

I am interested in a Vespa scooter and therefore went to this company today on 08/14/2020, around 11:30 a.m. (with a mask!)
After a relatively long waiting time at the reception desk, an employee appeared without a mask and pointed to her face without words and without a (usual) greeting!
I moved my shoulders because I didn't understand, to which the woman responded with the word mask and pointed to her nose. Apparently I accidentally had my mask a little under the tip of my nose, adjusted it, said thank you and left the showroom, including the unmasked "flagship lady".
