Don't buy here on pre owned vehicles they don't have not even a single price eventually they will rip you off I walked in is super expensive

Great place to get a bike. Dealt with Rob Smith and he was fantastic; a greats salesman who knows motorcycles. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future even though it is a bit out of my way. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

cant say good or bad about them . all I know is I filled out a credit application and they said they would call back and heard nothing from them 5 days ...either my credit sucked or they really didn't want my business

(June 2015) I enjoyed my experience at Stubbs Leo and Paul worked round the clock to make the best deal for me these guys go above and beyond the call of duty and I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this location to anyone interested in purchasing a Motorcycle thank yu guys for such a wonderful experience! Edit: (August 2015) my bike was totaled 2 months after I get it due to gravel near a construction site in the Texas medical center. I really appreciate the effort Paul S. It's a great place everyone there is very helpful and they keep everything in stock which is awesome cause I hate ordering parts and Jake Melendez is the guy you want to see for all the help you need

Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Ever. Went here wanting to purchase a side by side and a four wheeler. From the minute we sat down it was sales pitch after sales pitch, you aren t going to any better anywhere else , all other dealers are lying about their prices , this is the best you re going to do etc with the occasional smart remark thrown in. This went on for three hours before we decided to just leave. Having worked in a car sales environment before i recognized all the sleaze ball tactics. If you have to trash other dealers it s usually because you have very little to offer yourself.

Fast forward three days, we go to another large dealer in Houston. Get the exact same year and model side by side, out the door for $1,400 less than Stubbs best offer, one model level up four wheeler out the door for $600 less than their best. They had also told us Honda wouldn t finance both machines, well guess what? The other dealer got it done and at a lower interest rate. this was also all done over the phone. No back and forth no ridiculous trash talking just done. Here ya go here s what we can do and it s our best. Don t waste your time here. They have an old school dealer mentality where their goal is to get absolutely every penny out of every customer that walks through the door. The good news is that the internet will soon out people like this out of business. The two machines they lost a sale on are pictured below.

Stubb's Cycles is a great dealership with Honda, Suzuki and Harley Davidson. I placed a fairly sizable Suzuki parts order over the phone and to my surprise I was told it would be there in two days. Not the case which is the reason for 4 stars however, it wasn't fault of the dealership. They claimed it was Suzuki's wearhouse and I agreed but they are a dealer for Suzuki none the less. Twice in a row this happened which delayed my order to over a week. That said, the counter personnel were very nice and helpful, the place is extremely professional and we'll stocked with accessories and motorcycles both new and used. This is very impressive as I have a life long experience with dealerships both car and motorcycles. This place is big with a huge inventory it is well organized and very clean. The Suzuki wearhouse should be as organized and I would have had my parts when they said I would. I hate to blame Stubb's for Suzuki's issue but they are one in the same as representatives of the brand. In this case Stubb's was robbed one star by Suzuki. I'll be back though you can bet on it

As a new rider, I walked in without a clue what to look for in a bike but was received by insanely friendly people. Cole helped me figure out what type of bike I wanted and a week later I went in and Marty assisted me with the purchase. I cant express how pleased I am with the service (and price) at this place and am now obsessed with this new motorcycle. Delivery of my bike (didnt know how to ride) was timely and they worked with my schedule. Thank you Stubbs cycles team.

Horrible.
They destroyed my new tire and called it safe to ride on.
Then they denied it to my face. The parts manager acted like a total moron... I showed him the tire and the bead damage and he kept saying well you can't tell because it's not full of air... Of coarse it's not full of air... IT'S OFF THE RIM!!! Now I'm out $200 for a tire, $25 installation, weeks of not being able to ride my motorcycle.
Also, I showed them the damage during a state required inspection and they passed it anyways because they didn't want to fix it.

Nice to do business where they appreciate customers. Not the kind of place where you feel like they are waiting to take advantage of you, but instead want you to come back time and time again.

uncle jeffery, they call him, is the friendliest and most badass harley rider i ve met along with his nephew david who didn t hesitate to help and educate me. these guys didn t prejudge me and as a younger rider that was the best feeling ever.

i m a 20 year old rider coming off of a 03 636 and these guys welcomed me with open arms and did their absolute best to work with my budget.
even if nothing comes up they take your name down and will let you know as soon as something does!

I would certainly recommend Stubbs to anyone in the market for a motorcycle. I purchased my GSXR 600 a few weeks back which was my first bike with the help of Leo. The whole Stubbs staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. The bike has been running like a dream and I will certainly be back when I m in the market again.

Purchased a benche bighorn, bigg waste of money in my life. The mother never worked, and when I tried to take him for the service they always gave me a hard time.

My boyfriend and I stopped into Stubbs on Telephone rd a couple weeks ago on a Saturday around 4pm. We were greeted by Eric. He was a super enthusiastic and extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I had only been riding twice and were trying to find out about some cruisers. Eric directed my boyfriend to some used bikes that he was interested in. I wanted a starter bike. By the time that we had looked and asked all of our questions, I was ready to buy (My boyfriend was still reluctant).
By this point, it was already 5pm. They were closing. I then told Eric that I would buy if they could deliver that same day... Eric met with his sales manager- Ivan to see if it was possible..
By this point my boyfriend and Ivan had easily negotiated a deal on a used 2009 Suzuki Boulevard M50. My boyfriend couldn't refuse the deal.

I'm not sure how Ivan convinced his guys to inspect, wash and deliver these two bikes, after hours, but he did. Tommy and Kenny were awesome. As we worked on the finance part, they both prepped and delivered the bikes, well after close.

The best part of the experience was probably dealing with Paul the finance manager. He had to quickly work out two deals after hours on a Saturday.

They all delivered, and beyond expectations.

The experience went past the initial day, and I'm still in disbelief about how they tend to their customers needs. We both are loving our bikes and look forward to taking our classes at Stubbs. I asked for a list of the names of the guys we worked with, they all deserve to be noticed.

Well this is gonna be a long review so to sum it up my experience with this company was horrible. To start I had my eyes on a nice 07 sv 650 full fairing. It had a great price and as soon as it was posted up i was there the next day. After I had been approved with this shady salesman who was about 35-40 but he was acting lik he was 15. They took a while then they called me in and said that the GM had actually sold it already. But this manager offered me a badass deal with another bike but i didn't want it. So This was 59 Stubbs cycle. Overall they handled me well, it wasn't there fault but still sucks. Now after that I went over to telephone rd. Stubbs cycle. Found a decent ZX636, the salesman sucked!! Turns out he was let go shortly after my purchase. The bike already sold it self, so he was just pretty annoying. They lost my registration so plates took somewhere between 6-8 weeks. I called repeatedly and was told the top dog service manager was gonna call me back, never did once!! Choke cable was broken he said he ordered it and was gonna call whens its ready. That was March its now august and no phone call. I'm pretty much done with them the fact that no one can pick up a phone is very frustrating. Haha had the loan company call cause after two months they didn't have my title. Weather or not that is fixed I have no idea, They did have a good used department for imports. The most I have seen around houston. So its sad to say that I won't come back because that is a big plus. I am a manager myself and they were horrible, not sure how there still open. This is the import station by the way.

Can't believe the deal I just got on an awesome bike! I clearly did not have enough cash for the bike I wanted when I got there but the sales team, particularly CP, made it happen!

After spending days online shopping and comparing prices for a pair of four wheelers I came across Stubbs Cycles. My initial call began with Rob and explaining to him I was checking everywhere considering I was buying two. He quickly said ok and said when you are done checking call me back and give me a chance. I did just that and today drove away with two beautiful four wheelers purchased from Stubbs. Rob was very patient as he fielded the many calls and emails at one of the busiest times of the year. If you are looking for a fantastic group of folks to deal with and willing to offer a fair price then don't waste your time searching....this is the only call you need to make. Be sure to ask for Rob!

Let me start off by saying the technicians are f****** idiots by far. Took my brand new Honda Grom 2015 that I had imported from Dallas to their location for my first service. Left t over night. The next day I went to go pick it up later to find out I checked the receipt and they charged me a $90 fee to adjust my valves. Didn't change my oil, clean my oil spinner, or even my my screen filter from the excess shards from the initial break in. I strongly encourage you guys NOT to come here. The manager told me that another associate said that I requested it. Yet they failed to do the most important part. It's the same concept as going to get your truck inspected. You don't just leave and not get a new oil change. The technicians are idiots stay away from here if you want your bike to last longer.

Always knowledgeable and supplies on hand. I take longer looking at the bikes then it does getting my supplies for an oil change. Easy in, easy out.

Today we purchased our 11 year old son a Honda 125 motorcycle from Leo. Leo was so awesome!! Very polite,friendly, knowledgeable and really made our son feel special about his big day! Went in to Stubb'and was immediately attended by Salesman Eric. I told him what I wanted (Honda Shadow Phantom) and he, along with Manager Paul, made my dream come true. I can't say enough about the staff at Stubb's. Every single employee greeted me and made me feel right at home, considering I'm really not too familiar with bikes, and was a little over my head.

Great place if your looking for a bike. Rob Smith hooked me up with a used 2015 GSX-R that was showroom floor new! Great guys in there, made sure i had time to use their (big) parking lot to get used to the bike before i drove off the lot. I would recommend Stubbs to anyone. Great prices and great staff. I recently bought my first bike (2015 Honda CBR300) here at Stubbs. Leo was extremely helpful and kind with helping me decide which one to get. I went in the other day and picked up a new bike. The staff here is super friendly and they will work with you on pricing and availability. They have a solid selection and variety of styles. Rob cut me a great deal on my new SV650X and was very transparent about pricing, going through the steps to show me there were no hidden fees or surprise markups. Stubbs Harley-Davidson is amazing play always on time with parts and services great staffs always work with you in my favorite place to go! Always helping me if I need it. As well as my girlfriend she loves this play the jackets and Harley things you can by she and I both went to riding Academy and passed for our M license great experience for both of you!

After looking for bike at several shops around Houston, I finally bought a new 2013 Suzuki Boulevard S40 at Stubbs. Neal Stevens and the staff there are really a great bunch of guys, very professional with a super-relaxed way of handling business. It took me a while to make up my mind on my purchase, but I was never rushed. Instead I was encouraged to, "Buy the bike that would make me most satisfied." Very good advice because I could not be happier. I love my new Boulevard and cannot seem to stay off of it. But who wants to? If you're looking for competent, professional dealership and top-notch service, Stubbs is the place. No reason to waste time anywhere else.
