Playing Mantis Review

Beautiful decor and toys, but I never felt comfortable having my kids look and play with the toys as the staff were always hovering around and reminding us to watch our kids. This might make more sense for a store full of fragile things, but not where I'm trying to see what my kids are interested in playing with.

Stopped in to find unique and beautifully made toys

Adorable store with unique toys for young children/toddlers. I found Italian blocks! In fact, they have blocks in many languages including Ukranian!

Great place to pick up unique toys and gifts. most have some kind of educational or musical twist which is great. Lots of high quality timber items too.

Here's a great game store. I can remember coming to this establishment when they were still across the street (remember that?).

A magical place with wooden toys as diverse as they are varied. And best of all, the seller (owner?) Is perfect. Pleasant, not too present, simple. A French atmosphere with music. In short, a place to go to bring a souvenir to your little ones in Tribeca.

This is my favorite game store. It's huge and has a lot of variety and well as a super knowledgeable and friendly staff. We game here every Tuesday for D&D and the employees are super helpful when it comes to ordering games or helping you find something. Their Used Game trade in program is probably the best in the Bay Area. Love this place.
