I had ordered something there before Corona times ...

I had ordered something there before Corona times and was always quite satisfied. But what I have experienced there the last two times makes me doubt whether they still need to sell anything. I recently needed a headlight bulb, but was sent home saying that I should order it online even though it was in stock. I got them easily in the auto parts accessories trade. Today I made a new attempt and I needed a new set of tires for my scooter, the same game again.
I should order the tires online, and my request to send me advice was used by referring to Corona. So I have now got the impression that laziness has been given a new name. I immediately ordered the tires from my local tire dealer, with advice and the promise to be able to pick them up this coming Monday. So you can see that it works and there are still traders who like to make money. In any case, I will avoid the "QUAD-COMPANY" in the future.
