Good day!
I am interested in a Vespa scooter and therefore went to this company today on 08/14/2020, around 11:30 a.m. (with a mask!)
After a relatively long waiting time at the reception desk, an employee appeared without a mask and pointed to her face without words and without a (usual) greeting!
I moved my shoulders because I didn't understand, to which the woman responded with the word mask and pointed to her nose. Apparently I accidentally had my mask a little under the tip of my nose, adjusted it, said thank you and left the showroom, including the unmasked "flagship lady".
Dear Quadteam, you decide whether this customer service is / was beneficial. Please understand, I won't be back.
