A must see. Lots of interesting facts about Australia's wildlife. Admission is free and two hours will get you through the museum.

Everytime I visit I end up walking away thinking. Really enjoy these exhibitions.

Went to hear lecture and see exhibition of Jon Molvig. Well worthwhile.

One of Brisbane's Jewels in the Crown. A stunning modern art gallery with a constantly changing mix of feature-exhibitions, side galleries and an excellent cinema. The cafe and gift-shop are both excellent, and the collections are very well curated. A must-visit attraction.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day. All works of art. Oh how i wish the Britten and the MV Augusta F4 was in a glass box in my lounge. Highly recommended to all motorcycle nuts..

Great gallery and in my opinion, the perfect size (heaps to see, but very manageable without getting art fatigue), we probably spent 2/3 hours here. Lots of different and changing collections in a nice building which has lovely air con - recommend even if it's just to escape the heat!

Great imposing building but unless there is a exhibition on it is not really worth the visit.

Rich collection of Australian and Miscellaneous arts in a very decorative and beautiful environment.

I found the exhibitions to be enjoyable and the ambulance to be relaxing.

A lot of it is free the prices from the paid exhibitions are a little expensive. And not that great.

The Margaret Olley exhibition is outstanding. The feature of making it look like a Queensland home adds to the effect that you are in her home. The use of the video to tell her story and hear from Margaret herself makes you feel more connected to her and her work. The joy of seeing an actual Cezanne and Degas is fantastic

Family had fun at the Marvel expo. Enjoyed all the superhero costumes and the interactive displays.

If you are into contemporary art - go knock yourself out at GOMA. Seriously - a truly great collection with creative curation of kids and paid-entry exhibs.

Congratulations to GOMA and Opera Queensland for the innovative, spectacular show, SENSORY, which my husband and I enjoyed so much. I would also like to thank the manager of GOMA, Sara, the First Aid Officer, the security guy, Hassain, members of the public, friends and family for the support given to my husband, Nev, when he had a fainting episode and needed to lie down flat, somewhere. He chose the bottom of the stairs. Glad to report that he is much better this morning. I just wanted to express our gratitude to everyone, who were so kind to us. Thank you very much!

Yay GOMA - Yay Yayoi Kazuma! Gerhard Richter was a great surprise. The permanent collection was so so - Amish Kapoor being the highlight.

I definitely enjoyed my experience at the Queensland Art Gallery. While the gallery was a bit smaller than I expected, the art itself was interesting and varied, and the building itself is fantastic a veritable work of contemporary brutalist itself. Absolutely worth visiting for anyone in the South Bank area, especially since it s free of charge.

The it's free and the things change every 3 months. So you always have something new to see and new things to learn. It's a fun way to learn solo, with friends or family. Love it.

Very well presented. You feel like you're in the movies as well. Love all the costumes and props there.

Well layed out, easy access from the bus terminal. I really enjoy the international painters such as Monet, Pissaro, La Trec, Degas and Renoir.

QAG always a great place to visit, enjoy the wonderful exhibitions and artworks. Nice friendly and helpful staff

The Modern Art Gallery is attractive, airy, and has a great collection as well as a terrific gift shop. The cafe is popular with guests and the staff is attentive and courteous. The coffee is terrific, as was the desert we shared.

Cool place to hang out. Good to see art or just relax in the garden.

The Gallery of Modern Art is a place I thoroughly enjoy spending time in. There are always very thoughtful, contemporary exhibitions mainly focused on the Australasian region. It intrigues me to see what the various artists have created to express their insights into what is influencing the world today from a cultural and technological perspective. The building itself is beautifully designed with masses of volume where it seems as if there are no barriers between the art on display and the public. Always an enriching experience visiting GOMA.

The motorcycle art exhibition was outstanding! Excellent facilities too.

Always great exhibits at GOMA. You don t need to be especially interested in art to have a good time here; I think that s probably the point! Spend a couple of hours at the Gallery a few times a year it s free (mostly ;-)

The Prado collection was just wonderful, one of the best I've seen.

So much to see and do here. Always seem to have an excellent exhibit on show for free :)
