Venue is very nice for a wedding but they had they air conditioning on in March when it was very cold outside. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Good rooms just let down by not having enough staff when they have functions on.
Lovely room, good food, good gym and pool, helpful staff - nice touch that they checked whether any extras owing overnight and put note under the door so could express checkout after breakfast
Lovely rooms good conference facilities food ok but not in keeping with the facility
Had a really lovely stay here, highly recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel with friendly staff and a range of services
There wasnt much SPA pool was very nice Best coffee and pastries for a very long time xx
Easy to find. Lovely hotel. Pricey drinks but that's normal for a hotel!
Unfortunately I have cystic fibrosis, which left me unable to walk down to dinner on the Saturday night. I called to reception to ask if my boyfriend could bring up my dinner and I was told 'you're sick, either come downstairs or be charged'. I said we'd already paid for dinner but I'd pay tray fee. She just said no as I was sick. She then said she'd talk to her manager and ring back. She Never rang back. We chased everywhere just for my boyfriend to eat the dinner we'd already paid for. It's awful to be treated as second class because of a disability. I'm still fuming. Never returning.
Nice grounds, I can imagine it in the spring/summer. This place has potential but reception is stark and bare, definitely missing a centrepiece table and some plants, soft furnishings, entrance carpet strip, etc. Came here for the Spa; massage was best thing about it, facilities are OK, in terms of value for money, not sure that I'll return but willing to give it another go if facilities are moderately improved, i.e add a jacuzzi.
Rooms have a nice design and are comfortable. Service was very good.
Nice place for a drink although was a little quite. I guess it would be nice in the summer
Very nice and relaxing stay. Staff were very helpful.
Went to partner's work's conference and annual dinner. Food was excellent. Quinoa and bean stuffed squash. Accommodation very spacious and comfortable
A soiled toilet that still didn't get cleaned despite being reported. A shower that swung between scalding and chilling and bacon so thin it was transparent made this a less than wonderful experience.
The staff are very friendly and try to help but when we booked in we weren't told we wouldn't be able to sleep until 12.30 am Sunday morning, the wedding reception below our room had a live band playing until then, the noise level in our room was up to 70 dB. Not the relaxing weekend we were looking forward to!
Update
Staff were willing to talk to us during the week after and offered a refund, doesn't get my night's sleep back but very appreciated.
Nice location, friendly staff, rooms nice and clean with TV, tea/coffee facility in the room, iron/iron bord, safe and blowdryer, a/c, fast checkout, good choice on breakfast, the coffee needs a bit of work not the best one.
This is a really nice hotel, well situated for leamington, Coventry and Stratford. I use the spa and gym facilities; the staff are amazing in the gym and the treatments are as good as some of the top spas in the area. The changing rooms are a little tired looking hence the 4* review.
I was at the hotel for a conference, the lunch provided was very good, the staff were very helpful... I was carrying a heavy box through the Hotel and passed around 6 members of staff, each one of which offered to help me
Very smart hotel. Comfortable rooms modern, loved the bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Can't wait return in the new year.
Service was good and professional. Prices at the bar were high but that was to be expected.
Treated like a vip, staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Fantastic food, comfortable beds lovely building set in beautiful grounds. Didn't want to leave and will be back soon.
Good hotel, unfortunately dinner service was painfully slow, two and a half hours for two courses. Relaxing small pool and gym, which was a tad dated.
Stopped for late dinner whilst charging my electric car on-site. A la carte restaurant served a very nice selection of dishes with a good wine menu to boot. Not overly pricey. Perfect service, polite cheerful staff (wish I'd have caught her name to thank here). Good amenities in a contemporary style which remains the building's original features. There appears to be a separate bar service with cosey tables for coffee breaks. For the EV community, the charger is a Polar unit. Have had one issue in the past - I use it when visiting my parents - but otherwise it works fine. I'll be staying for food again!
Apropriate room equipment, very useful spa (swimming pool, steam sauna, heated beds). Very good restaurant, breakfast could be more ambitious (i. e. self made waffles and pancakes instead of ready mades & less packaging). The bathrooms have only bathtubs and a shower head without a hose.
Plenty of parking space and nice capacity conference halls. Also plenty of rooms for accomodation. Rooms are tidy and beds are comfy. An ideal place to arrange conferences, company events and workshops. My only issue was food. Its not that good specifically the main courses hence I have deducted a star.
Great hotel for large groups, both inside and outside! We had an amazing holiday with a lot of friends. Only thing... the swimming pool is quite small for that kind of venue and it got easily crowded especially when they dedicated half of it to swimming lesson.
wedding dinner
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding dinner. The bed is big, comfortable. Dinner was in the private room. All the dishes for our dinner were delicious. The service was excellent. Before dinner, we had drinks, just everything was wonderfully organized. The hotel has a restaurant with a terrace and garden. Garden we used for photos. The wedding evening was pleasant, everything was marvelous. Warm welcome. We ve gotten a ride on the castle.

We also received tickets to the Warisky Castle from the hotel and later visited it with pleasure.
Nice hotel. Looked suspiciously like blood splatters on the curtains though!
Didn't stay as I was there for a business day. The food provided was lovely, location is amazing and all the staff are very friendly.
Only stayed for bed and breakfast. Plenty of options for a cooked breakfast but, unfortunately, it wasn't very hot. The usual hotel toasters are rubbish, too. They burnt the edges of the bread and just warmed the middle!
Decent food but pricey drinks, rooms are nice but bed not the best. Whole place needs a lick of paint but it's a solid business hotel. Not good for couples or families around xmas!
Fabulous. Room very clean. The team here is working hard to respond well to the current challenges and they give a thoughtful service in all areas. Breakfast is simple but good. Room service is among the best I've had in comparable UK hotels, especially the Wheatberry, Apple and Cranberry Salad with grilled chicken. I didn't want it to end! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Huge venue, bit of a maze to access areas, great staff
Lovely place to stay, room well furnished and a good size. Breakfast was a little bit of a letdown as some of the food was a bit overcooked but there was plenty of selection. Overall it was great value for money and I'd recommend to anyone whose going somewhere nearby
Great venue for a conference and the staff and service are superb. So polite, on the ball, a seamless service providing for everyone and everything kept topped up. On the ball and certainly know how to host conferences
Friendly happy staff made our stay enjoyable. Not quite 5 stars as the food is a bit run of the mill good enough but similar choice each night.
Good service, friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere
Way, way to expensive, taking the piss with the cost of food and drink. The rooms are reasonable but the bathrooms are deffo not disabled friendly (couldn't use the shower or bath). The air con is great, once you find out how to use it! Good service, pity most of the staff only have English as a second language.
Had to complian as wasn't given room that was sold us
Look amazing and the help is out off this world. Had a wedding booked for November 2017. We have had to change it due to finding out some good news. And they have.
Excellent conference venue, might have received 5 stars but the bar prices are seriously taking the p**s
Booked through Central Reservation for Spa day They booked us for Wednesday and the spa is closed that day ????
Excellent charity event that was supported by a great waiting team and bar staff. Good set menu and reasonably priced drinks. Overall impressed with the night
Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. Hotel is immaculate. I gave 4 stars as the afternoon tea was quite expensive per head. There was a mix up with our complicated party, 1 vegan 2 vegetarians and a nut allergy, this almost resolved, but we went with it. Saying that it is worth a visit.
Nice place but the worst carpets ever seen in a hotel.
nice rooms, really great food and the staff are all lovely and helpful. Also enjoyed the use of gym and swimming pool.
Was hear for a business dinner. The food was really pathetic. From overcooked pasta to soggy tarts they had all. The ambience is really deceptive.
Chesford Grange 5 star accommodation comfortable beds great rooms with television, hairdryer all mod cons. Spa swimming pool and gym. Set in a beautiful location just outside Stratford.
Business conference. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Friendly staff and nice late night bar. Breakfast was slow though with coffee machines not working.
Quirky hotel, beautiful gardens in the right weather
Great conference hotel. Well organised and friendly although food unexciting. Some rooms need updating
Fabulous location for couples with plenty to do in surrounding towns and closer enough to the city if that's your choice.
Went for a work event, was a good size and food provided was very nice.
I use the gym here, staff are always friendly, equipment is for purpose and cleaned regularly. Used by all ages
Came to visit the spa for the day through wowcher, very accommodating for our large party. Clean facilities, beautiful view of the restaurant garden area. Well mannered and hospitable staff, definitely well worth the money. Will be visiting again !!
The hotels nice but not amazing! It s fine for a weekend break but I wouldn t want to stay for much longer. The rooms are pretty small and we were placed in one right opposite an office which meant we were woken on a Saturday before 8 - not what you want when you re on a weekend break! We also reserved a table for dinner in the hotel on our first night only to be told they couldn t actually fit us in when we turned up. They eventually resolved this and the food was nice.
Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Excellent food. Good staff.
This is an excellent hotel and the service in second to none. Very clean and great facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Really good customer service, spotless rooms, great food, excellent atmosphere.
As one of 300 guests attending a Christmas party I was happy with the quality of their mass catering and bar selection, and the rooms were clean and modern. An overnight snowfall rendered the carparks quite tricky to navigate in the morning but after 90 minutes of shoveling I managed to leave.
Very authentic experience that brings you back in time to an older version of England. Charming and quaint with a good level of service and food
Just arrived to find the family room has two of the lumpiest beds I have ever seen. No aircon in the stuffy little room. No safe. Why does a family room for 4 only have 3 chairs?
The restaurant is already partially booked up so we've got to wait till later in the evening before we can eat.
No lift to the family room and wasn't offered any help with my cases despite walking with a stick.
The rooms appeared clean but there were lots if marks on the writing desk and mirror. Bed was nice but the pillows were very soft (my preference is firmer ). The food prices are on the high side within the bar area which I had to use due to the restaurant being closed for a private party that I wasn't informed about. The grounds are lovely. It has a spa and gym but I didn't use them. Breakfast is your usual fair of cereal and English cooked, pastries see available too.
Well appointed hotel with comfy rooms and helpful staff. Limited food experience but what we had was good.
Very expensive, even with a supposed convention discount!
Friendly high quality venue. Rooms are very warm in June but fans are provided for comfort.
All round great hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff are excellent.
We had a fantastic stay. Massage was good, pool and sauna was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Our room was brilliant, and the food was good too. We would definitely come again.
Okay hotel. We arrived on a bank holiday weekend. Place was packed with more than 400 guests. Bedrooms were comfortable but in need of service and maintenance. Aircon in room not working. Had to queue to get breakfast items. Breakfast buffet was poor in my opinion. There was no pride in the way food was presented. As an example sausages and bacon were delivered from the kitchen in one pot and simply tipped into the existing serving dish. The woman in front of me struggling to get one piece of bacon as they were all stuck together. Sausages were cooked but were not crispy, same as the bacon. Coffee machine was too slow in serving drinks and the queue built up. Annoyingly whilst eating breakfast in the bar area, we had a small dog with us, some guy was vacuuming around the tables. Parking was a nightmare with to few spaces and we had to go into the overflow carpark some distance away from the hotel entrance.
Good hotel, child friendly. Plenty of facilities and the food is good.
Friendly staff, convenient location but stone cold showers
