Absolutely terrible customer service. They make you feel like you've done something wrong for picking up your packages.

The worst experience of my life I will never call or use them again

Never using purolater again. Was put on hold for an hour. Hung up on multiple times when I asked why my package says it s in the states yet the sender is in Canada. Tracking details are never updated. Absolutely useless Live chat . On the day the package was supposed to be delivered, the tracking details read that it was only then that it was picked up by purolater with no further updates on its location since. Thoroughly disappointing in this terrible business.

Quick, informed, friendly pick up. Phoned previously; I attended 24hrs.later. Employee recognized me She also caught sight of my Aussies in the vehicle, commented positively, and offered a dog treat for me to give each of them.

I had an incorrectly addressed package for me arrive in Penticton. They had the issue sorted and the package redirected for me within an hour. Great service!

Every single time they say attempted delivery is probably not true. I ve been home for numerous attempts they don t knock or ring the doorbell. They just hang the slip on your door and leave.

Never had customer service quite as bad as this. Rude, unhelpful, uncaring. Completely unprepared to do what they were paid to do.

Although the office staff is great the drivers make no attempt to deliver. They drive right past our home, without even leaving a notice and we get a call the next day that no one was home even though there was. Then there s a 30-45 minute wait at the depot for pick up. This has been happening for 2 years now. All other courier services manage to deliver .

My experience sucked! I've been waiting days for a COD package which contains my purse. They wouldn't leave it because they only accept Credit Cards on COD orders. They won't let me open the package to get the credit card out to pay for the order. I guess I'll have to cancel all my cards and get new ID and a Credit Card just to get my purse back. Not really worth the hassle. Guess Purolator is getting a new purse with a bunch of useless ID and Credit Cards!

Lied and said they tried to drop off my package but no one was home I was literally in my front yard at the time they said they tried to deliver

Stayed home all day on delivery day - absolutely no attempt to deliver the package - although tracking states 'attempted delivery'. No notice left either to pick up the package. Called Purolator - and they said they can hold it for me at the office and call me when it is ready to be picked up - this was on Friday afternoon - they didn't mention that they are CLOSED ALL WEEKEND. No phone call on Friday - so now I have to wait at least a week to pick up my package because of my work schedule - purolator sucks! It wouldn't let me without picking at least one star - because it is only a week before Christmas - Purolator you get 0 stars. If your drivers are that bad at their job - the least you can do is extend your hours during the holiday season

Worst Service ever. I had two large printers shipped from Winnipeg. I paid extra for special handling. One printer was fine, the other printer was smashed to pieces. After going through claims process with purolator they denied to pay for anything indicating that it was not packed correctly. It was packed correctly and it looked like the printer was dropped. Zero accountability on behalf of purolator. I would not use this ever again

Didn't even bother to write down the time and when I can pick my parcel since I wasn't at home, they left a notice card instead. I went on the same day at their office thinking its ready as no time was indicated and they told me to come back the next day. It doesn't take forever to write the time and day its available for pick up. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Driver came up my insane driveway and props to him for being professional I changed my review because of him!

I found the women working at Purolator extremely helpful and patient with my big deliveries. And every single package made it no problem!!

They actually knock instead of dumping the package at the door!

There was no attempt made for delivery, not even a slip left. This has been happening for over a year and as I look back on other reviews this is the general consensus.
When you call the depot they just have a voicemail directing you to their "customer service " I use that term very lightly. I was greeted by a gruff unempathetic man who was more concerned with telling me all the "reasons" why the driver may have not delivered. I have been home all day and they have delivered here before. He was giving me a hard time when I wanted to make a formal complaint and was very rude and unhelpful.
Dont bother going to the depot to complain either they just laugh and roll their eyes saying," oh some of our drivers"

TWICE now, i ve had a package where i ve been waiting and waiting for it... i look up the tracking # and it said delivery attempted... however no delivery person ever rang my buzzer and NO notice was left. how can you say an attempt was made when clearly there was none. the first time you can let it go, but the second time means there s a problem... and reading the reviews it s clearly a pattern. such poor customer service, will avoid purolater at all costs now.

Terrible. Order off of Amazon with Amazon Prime. Guaranteed 2 day delivery. I'm in Penticton, they deliver my package to Williams Lake!! 5 hours north! I call and they have no explanation, even says they attempted delivery in Williams Lake... That's on Friday then they tell me it will be delivered Tuesday. On Tuesday it ends up in prince george, 3 hours north of Williams Lake!!! What the hell!!! And now they won't deliver it to my door I have to pick up at depot. Absolutely terrible. They didn't even call to tell me it's here.

Terrible service in Penticton, BC...twice, I've barely gotten my parcel;
they don't ring the intercom or leave a message.
My phone number was on parcel...they didn't phone.
I had to go and pickup at depot on last day before it was to be returned to sender.
I'm checking with seller from now on before purchasing; if it's Purolator; I buy elsewhere. My neighbour went through the same problem just a week before me.

Anytime I get something delivered by purolator There is never an effort to actually attempt delivery. I track my packages closely, knowing that it is out for delivery I keep my phone close by as the intercom for my building goes directly to my phone. When tracking says attempted delivery and no actual attempt was made it makes me angry as this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to get something by purolator in penticton... stop being lazy and do your job!!!

Purolator in general has terrible service. Never return calls.

Shipment was expedited by shipper, no attempt to deliver and ultimately returned to shipper. No notice to us that delivery was attempted. There seems to be a very lazy driver on this route. Sometimes their service is OK, but certainly not from this driver!! Very unreliable.

Didn't deliver item, never left a notification for pick up. I checked tracking and they have had my package for 5 days! And have an alert that they are going to send it back. Awful service. Will not choose purolator for my own packages.

The lady at the front was sooooo helpful! She made something I thought was gonna be complicated extremely easy and was very friendly.

I had no idea what I was doing but the staff there was pleasant and explained everything.

Terrible service.They never answer the phone and or put you on hold for hours. Driver is insolent and is either too early or late for our 9-5 business hours .Although we have switched to Canpar , we still have suppliers who use Purolator unfortunately. Another Crown Corp sham

Another attempted delivery while I was in the house. Somehow the doorbell does not seem to work for this delivery company. Doorbell works for others. Its Friday PM guess I will drive into Penticton Monday to get the package I needed for the weekend. Too bad I wasted the $ on speedy delivery.

Waiting for a package that was to be delivered yesterday. Got a notice today that they attempted delivery and I would have to pick up in store. This is a lie. No delivery person came to the house at all. Terrible service.
