This is a must do in Sydney... the views are 20x better than the pics... Richard was an awesome guide and filled with tons of fun facts and info to keep the adventure fun for all... we were concerned about the weather for our visit but not an issue at all... they provide all the gear to keep you warm and dry if the weather turns... we were lucky it was a beautiful crisp morning climb... we did 10am and was good lighting for pics and back for a lunch at the Rocks...

It was my second time doing the bridgeclimb. This time I took my dad in his 60s he was very hesitate at first but had a wonderful time. Ella our guide was more than amazing. She was so warm, friendly, professional and full of interesting facts and stories. I've been on a lot of tours before and she is the best! I would totally recommend this experience for anyone visiting Sydney, actually I would even recommend it for Sydney siders. The only downside is the expensive price.

Bought tickets for the 21st birthday sale.
Was lucky enough to get tickets due to site crashing.
Selected full bridge climb but after i paid, the ticket shown to be Express..i dont want express tickets. Took few days to get in contact with Brideclimb. Told me they aint able to change the tickets and if i change date then would need to pay the full price. However my friend were able to get a different date for $98 but i cant.. okay then.
Would review again after the event to see if its worth it.

Definitely a wonderful experience. The staff are really well organised and provide a fun tour. The facilities are purpose built and you are really prepared for the climb to come. For the record, it is not as scary as you may expect it to be. There are one or two spots at the start that can be daunting, but the main walk over the bridge is a walk in the park. You are walking safely along a staircase and admiring the views.
The guides will be providing you with great historical facts about the bridge along the way. It is definitely a fun adventure.

Reading all the other reviews about how super awesome this is, people need to like settle down before they pop a hemorrhoid. It's okay. Firstly you need to strip down and get into their baggy, hot and uncomfortable overalls, and hope the last person who wore them had good bowel control (although they are washed). I was hoping the climb would be more exhilarating but most of the time you can't even look down. The view isn't that special either, it's the same but just from higher up. It is windy as hell and a okay work out. Your climb leader is also hit or miss, some are great and others sound like they are reading the Wikipedia page for the bridge to you. Not bad overall but nothing special really. You also can't take your phone or camera, have to buy their photos.

Good views of the city. Climbed at twilight - if I were to choose again I'd probably do the same but I'd climb at night almost as happily. Night is better than day in my view. The guide was very good. The climb wasn't very challenging, if you're worried about that.

Even if you're phobic about heights, just go! You won't regret it a bit and they are so understanding and if you get anxious they know how to walk you through it. I was going to turn back but the manager came and helped me complete the entire route. Excellent staff and experience .

If you're here for a holiday, or even if you're a local and just bored, I would definitely recommend going on a bridge climb.
There are a couple of different ones that take you through different parts of the bridge, and you can go at different time of the day too.
The price is a little steep, and you are not allowed to take any personal items with you (cameras included) even if you can attach them to yourself, so you're forced to buy the photos they take.

In fact I have never climbed up to the bridge, bit of worry is too high to me: )

But I saw many people climbed. The bridge is huge, brilliant, think your eyes will touch whole Sydney when you is there.

The best moment is New Year Event, when firework full of dark sky, like shining stars bright your new life.

Very expensive, but the views are fantastic. Make sure to allocate a lot of time if you're doing the full climb as it can take about 3.5 hours. Not too strenuous or scary, so good for almost anyone.

Great experience climbing for the 1st time was really exciting. Thanks to our team climb leader Elizabeth, very sweet, knowledgeable and funny made this trip worth it! Slightly expensive and the downside is that you can't take your own pics as no loose items are allowed on the bridge. But overall great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Sydney to do it

My husband and I almost didn t go today because it was cool and raining. However, we had been planning this as part of our trip for months, so we rallied. Once we walked through the doors, we had no regrets. We waited in the cheerful lobby with a cup of warm coffee. We then went through the process of getting all the needed information and suiting up. There were no surprises, since they have a TV constantly running a video of what the experience looks like. This was helpful. The climb was wonderful. It was paced appropriately and our guide, Connor, was thoughtful, fun, and informative. We loved every minute of it.

Great climb. Amazing view of Sydney harbor. Easy climb to do. Okay if your afraid of heights too! Staff meticulous about my safety. Very organized. Great pics taken for you. May seem touristy but worth doing once in your life. Did the day climb to the Summit. Next time will do night climb. Pricey but they do have various options in duration and height.

Went for the twilight session at 3.05pm and was able to catch the amazing sunset and skyline as it decended into night. Such an amazing experience - if you love the way Sydney looks from the ground, you ll love it from up there too. Tom, our guide, was amazing and charismatic, such a great person to spend the climb with.

Sydney harbour bridge is an amazing attraction, yo...

Sydney harbour bridge is an amazing attraction, you must visit especially b4 it if closes down. I am eternally grateful to have this experience on and 21st birthday with friends and family. The history behind the bridge and what the guide explains to you are true experts and crack jokes to have a great time. Although I would hope the rules or restrictions relax, I dont know if they actually exist or if they just set in place to make sure things dont go wrong or to stay on track with time. I understand they dont allow phones or lose items because of obvious reasons though the type of photos you want to come back with is like a basic package, bottom middle and top photo with complimentary free group pictures. If you really want photos you have to ask for the type of photo you want while feeling bad about holding up the group or hogging the camera especially on special occasions I felt bad and that's even If they deney you
Due to some restrictions.
A simple solution
Allow cameras that are strapped to your suit so you cant drop it.
And if they're worried about losing money for their pics which some were double takes just because they didnt take that much.
Then charge as part of the package.
Thank you bridgeclimb for the experience I'm looking forward to trying the night experience next. Although I should find camera glasses because glasses attached are allowed and I would recommend it!

SO WORTH THE MONEY !!!! It was so beautiful and such a fun, once in a lifetime experience ! Our guide was named Steve and he was FABULOUS. Knew so much about the bridge, was quirky and made everyone laugh, and made the trip what it was! We did it during the vivid light festival at night and it was so beautiful, they gave us vests to be a part of the show, and it was something we will remember for the rest of our lives! The staff made us feel very safe and comfortable and made it to be such a fun night!

Guide was great, fun and informative. Views were great, everything was great. Except for one thing, on the way up the bridge, we stopped a lot to check out the views and stopped for a long time each time. We crossed over to the other side and it suddenly became like a race. We were practically running down the stairs with not much opportunity to look at the view on the other side of the bridge. I tried just stopping and looking but the gap between myself and everyone in front got very big, very quickly. It costs a lot of money to do this experience and it just would have been nice to be able to enjoy the whole view. Maybe spending a little less time stopped on the opera house side so people can still have some time to enjoy the other side. It was still a wonderful experience that I enjoyed, just maybe something to consider.

Experienced the new Ultimate bridge climb today ...

Experienced the new Ultimate bridge climb today with Jacinta as our guide. It is THE BEST CLIMB having climbed to halfway twice before today s climb. She was great with my 10 year old climbing companion. She shared a wealth of knowledge with us and timed the climb to suit all abilities. Loved going over to the north side to take in Luna Park, Blues Point and beyond. Great time of year to climb. Not too hot and excellent visibility to the Blue Mountains in the west and New Zealand in the east - well almost. Fabulous 3 1/2 hours!!

Finally ticked this off my bucket list. The climb isn't too difficult or physically draining. Able to be completed by most ages. The view is breath taking especially on a day with good weather. Tip : don't go on a really hot day because you will overheat in the climbing suits. Probably best to go in spring or autumn on a clear day

The guide was great, very informative, good sense of humor and kept us involved. The climb was way less strenuous than we expected, we're pretty out of shape and expected the climb to be a challenge but it really wasn't.

The views are pretty much unmatched, they are quite breath taking! And if you're into sightseeing this is a must.

I held back a star because of a few minor reasons. The safety prep takes an hour of your allocated time, so your time on the bridge is really 2 hours minus the time taken to get to the top and go back down, probably a whole 10 minutes spent at the top.

And the price is rather steep. 308$ AUD for one adult and one group photo. Any other photos are extra.

Great time, just do it and enjoy the memories

This was our first trip to Sydney, and we would rate the BridgeClimb as a MUST DO. While it is definitely a little pricey at close to $200 per person, it's simply the best way to see Sydney in a fun, adventurous way. Hint: Do the twilight/evening trip....the lights of the city make for the best pictures you can imagine!

My friend and were both booked but he broke his arm so couldn't go. They kindly gave us a refund on the booking. Administratively the event is well-organised and the process is streamlined. There is a little training given and all the gear is provided, protective overalls, etc. You're not allowed to carry anything in case it drops, so no cameras, phones, etc, but lockers were provided. The experience was great. They offer the inevitable group photo at the top of the climb and photos are expensive to buy (which is another reason that they don't allow phones) so if you want a memorial photo, you have to pay (and I did). The climb is not hard work and anybody can do it, so don't be put off by others' comments. It's a great climb and something great to talk about when you get back from your holiday. I'd recommend it, despite the cost.

One of a kind experience! Not for the people that can't walk for long periods of time. Entire walk takes over an hour but they do stop frequently. Absolutely no loose articles (hats and sunglasses are allowed but they get strapped to your body) and all the picture taking is done by the staff and you can purchase at the end of the tour. On a clear day you can see the blue mountains from the top. Guides are super informative and if they don't know an answer to your question they figure it out. You do have to pass a breathalyzer test. Safety is no joke here! They have wifi in the waiting area and provide free lockers to keep your belongings in while you are on the bridge.

I went for the sampler climb and really enjoyed going through the bridge even in overcast chilly weather. The organization of how they set everything up is super well thought out and fascinating. You can have great views of the harbor anywhere around Sydney - this is all about the bridge! I'm glad they don't allow electronics, e.g., cameras because it would be too annoying to have tourists stopping every few seconds to take selfies. This way you can just enjoy yourself.

This is amazing. I did the night climb, and the climb, the view and the experience was awesome. I would recommend it to everyone to do it once. Also this is very safe and not hard at all (unless you are scared of heights). The service staff is very detailed and very helpful. The guide for our group was very knowledgeable and very engaging.

Pro tip: Although twilight tours are most sought after, but night tours are cheeper and amazing. Sydney night light view from bridge is amazing.

Another tip: Do have your food and lots of water before the climb, you do tend to get little dehydrated at the end

They were more concerned with promoting than actually selling any ticket on October 1st. Horrific site that can not realize that it is already the sale date 9:30 on September 12.

I will start off this review by stating that this experience is not cheap. To do the Bridge
Climb (there are other experiences that are cheaper like the Express Climb), it cost around $250 USD. That said, the experience is worth the price. The whole thing lasts about 3 1/2 hours, but that is because maybe an hour and a half or so is used to get you ready and return safety equipment. The climb is 100% safe and all the staff members are very professional - as well as very friendly. The views you get of the Harbor during the climb are unparalleled, and all during the climb, your climb leader explains quite a bit about the history of the bridge and of Sydney. Everyone is equipped with radios, so you can hear quite easily. Really a must-do event while in Sydney, so long as you don't choke on the cost.

It was really good.

It was really good.
I did not know what to expect before I got there so I had no expectations.
They prepare you before you go out. I thought this was a bit too long but realised it was necessary later .
Not keen on the overalls, they look like they have been used many times and the room where they gave them to us smelt of dirty socks. Free blue cap to take with you. You are not allowed to take watches, phones, etc. I had to take a couple of hair pins off. I wish I could have kept them as it gets very windy at the top. Ladies with long hair, top tip: tidy up your hair if you want to see your face in the pictures.
The guide commented appropriately. Good knowledge and with lots of patience. Thank you Mike. There was a couple of nervous people in the group and he took good care of them without patronising them.
Impressive city views from the top but I love bridges and I studied architecture so my main focus was to discover the bridge and how it was built. Mike comments on this also through the tour. I wish there would be some specific tours about how the bridge was built and work.
There were plenty of helpfull staff positioned along the bridge journey. This is reassuring in case there is an accident.
It might sound pricey but taken into account the amount of people that make this possible, insurance, equipment and the keeping the walkways it is amazingly well priced.
We took 10 pictures for $60. You get a climb certificate and a small group picture.
Recommended. I will be back to do a night tour.

Went up for the Summit walk with a bunch of work mates and it was great. It was extremely safe, entertaining and the view was amazing. I went midday, i plan to do this again and watch the sunset or at night. As a 6'4 tall man, a few spots were a little tricky as i had to duck and crouch but ultimately that was for a very short amount time. Cant wait to come back!

Loved the climbed itself , didn't like the fact you have to pay another $60 to get the pictures, Like $320 foris not enough.
Not being allowed to take your camera and being forced to pay $60 for pictures is a total joke.
I recommend checking the weather in particular the wind speed before, it can be really windy up there.

In total , great experience but weather or not it's worth the money is questionable .

Unfortunately - no pictures to add

This might sound long and dull however the group of workers maintains up an easy banter at some stage in the climb. I felt very comfortable at the same time as climbing and by no means felt in chance. The views were remarkable. You aren't accepted to carry cameras or mobile phones at the climb, however, after your climb, you can purchase photographs they take of you at the pinnacle.

Took the Sampler tour. Shorter, but more interesting, since you see the cars racing along the highway, trains paralleling the cars, the harbor, and the arches above, all at once. Those taking the full or express climbs may be above everything (probably breathtaking), but they miss most of the sights seen from "inside" (between) the various sections of the bridge.

The staff at the Bridge climb are thoroughly courteous with a strong focus on your experience as a customer. The bridge itself is an epic icon which deserves to be marvelled. While ticket prices are quite steep, you can't complain too much as the NSW government partly benefits from the profit generated by climb. While the overall experience is a positive one, I feel that the additional (again steep) expense for photographs could be rethought, particularly in light of the already expensive ticket price. Anyway, if you are on a tighter budget and are itching to see Sydney from a vantage point, you might be better served by climbing the pylon lookout which gives you an almost identical view of the surrounds for 5% of the cost.

I have a real issue with walking on platforms that have holes in it or have a thin plate. In Paris I only manged to go to the first platform of the eiffle tower as I couldn't handle it anymore. Having the guide and the other crew helped me do the climb. This is my first time to Australia and so have to try and do these things and this is one of the things I would have never wanted to miss. I didn't feel any nerves before hand and having Ben our guide kept our minds at ease. The first section is the worst. Walking along the platform from the tunnel to the tower, the wooden walkway is sturdy I just didn't like it. The very top there is a walkway that I couldn't look down on when crossing over from one side of the bridge to the other. All of the issues I had with the climb were my own problems I have with heights. This is a must do if you are nearby.

Once everyone is ready to go, it's time for the real adventure to begin!

The climb itself takes around 3-4 hours from start to finish; during this time climbers will ascend ladders and stairs as well as traverse catwalks before finally reaching their destination at the summit. Along the way there are plenty of opportunities for photos (including one taken by your guide at the very top) as well as chances to learn about some fascinating history behind both bridge itself and its surrounding area.

One thing that sets BridgeClimb apart from other tourist activities in Sydney is its accessibility: almost anyone can participate! There are different routes available depending on fitness levels (including options for those who may have mobility issues) so everyone can enjoy this incredible experience regardless of age or ability.

And if climbing during daylight hours isn't enough excitement for you? Then why not try one of their night climbs instead! These special tours offer climbers stunning views over illuminated cityscape below while also providing unique insights into how bridge operates after dark.
