I loved the room change. Spent enuf time in each room to not get burnt out in one spot

Attended a birthday party here. The kids really enjoyed it, but as a parent it was a little run down. The staff was great and managed the party perfectly.

We celebrated my son's 4th birthday here last month and overall it was a great time. The staff is young, which is good because they have energy to help move your party along. The place is clean and you are able to play privately (meaning your party only) during the party time. I can't give them 5 stars because I feel like in a 2 hour party, there is no need to spend 50 minutes in the party room. When you have a group of kids under 10 they get restless, so my suggestion would be to trim off some party room time, and instead add 10 extra minutes to each inflatable room.

Had a great time with my party but I lost an expensive bracelet there they kept it and returned it to me I am so grateful for that

Kids attended a bday party and had a blast. The highlights were the bubble machine, glow in the dark room, and limbo. I wouldn't do a party here for my 2 or 7 year old.

We have had 2 party s here and it s amazing they actually help you and are there to serve snacks and pass out cake. We have been to a few places that basically show you the room and walk away not here they have everything planned out and everything feels private and well thought out all the employees seem genuinely happy to help you, I ll tell you that s rare as a result a few of my boys school friends have had their party s there and they haven t missed a beat once. Bravo

First visit here today, the staff was wonderful and the whole building was very clean.

Went for my little brother's birthday. Staff was excellent. Facilities were clean and safe.

My 3 year old had a BLAST! I think this place is great :)
I didn't know if he was the owner or manage, but the guy in the front was very nice! And the girl watching the kids play was VERY friendly and great to my daughter (who wouldn't leave her alone,lol)
We will 100% be back!

I have had multiple parties here. My experience has always been excellent due to the great staff and the variety of options for kids to play on. Great way to let out some energy, even for adults! The staff does a stellar job making sure every detail is set up for the party. Definitely recommend!!

We had our son s 6th Birthday at Pump It Up West Chester on 9/22 and it was one of the easiest and most enjoyable parties we have had! Everything was simple, from booking online, to speaking with staff the week of to finalize our details. We showed up Saturday morning, and they did all the work. They kept the kids safe and gave them a great time. One of the girls running our party captured some great photos of the kids, and they were fast and efficient in the party room, serving the kids pizza, cake and even making sure they had fruit and veggies off the trays we brought with us. They kept a log of who gave my son what, which allowed my husband and I to sit back and enjoy watching him. We will definitely consider a party here again!

We went here for a birthday party and had an absolute blast. They had SOOO many inflatable attractions. Bounce houses, obstacle courses, climbing towers, see saws, basketball, tee ball, and more. The birthday party time wasn't too long but all of those kids left worn out.

We had a birthday party for our 3 kids and had a blast. We had a staff member that stayed with us the whole party and directed everything. We were able to just enjoy the time with the kids while they took care of everything.

Great time for kids and easy to keep an eye on them from a distance while they play with friends!

Just had my daughter's birthday party there. The staff was phenomenally helpful and courteous also the price was not bad.

Great place for kindergardners through age 14ish to burn off some steam. There are all types of blow up , bouncy stuff , slide down, rock climbing wall,to throw basketballs. You can dance to neon surroundings in one room and play holographic soccer. In the other room you can play aur hockey, run through the bubble blower or slide down a giant slide.

Service is friendly. Clean surroundings.

The employees that helped with the party didnt talk at all when we asked questions it was very short.For 383 I was very disappointed and everyone was starving and the pizza was cold whem we ate.Tried too charge us for 4 extra icecream cups when we paid for 15 kids we only had 8 didnt hand out the goody bags too the kids.My grandson had fun but the party was very disappointing.After they posted call the store I called and left several messages but noone ever returned my call

My family had an amazing time. It was great for all ages and staff was great. We will definitely be returning

2nd year now (2020) we had our child's birthday party. No complaints at all. Everything ran smoothly and the kids loved it. The staff were very helpful and took care of almost everything so my wife and I could focus on watching our child have fun.

What an enjoyable place. The staff were all very friendly and very eager to participate making sure it was a great time!!!

They have 2 playrooms and is not enormous. Parents aren't obligated to "play" but easy to jump in wherever your kiddo is playing.

An excellent place for children and their celebrations. The staff is friendly and they entertain kids and ensures children enjoys every minute.

We celebrared my sons 7th birthday yesterday. The kids and adults had fun. We loved the glow in the dark option! I'm glad its a private party and older kids/adults can have fun too. Thank you!

This is probably our fifth time here. Kid always has fun. Staff that tends to the parties are always nice. Would be perfect if they sold alcohol.

Would have loved to book my child s birthday party here. But they couldn t even answer the phone. Terrible

While I was there some little girl had been bitten and the employee said she was the 2nd person that kid had bit that day. Unfortunately, the employees did nothing about it...or the bad parents of the carnivore.

Need to offer food to purchase a la carte for people not hosting the party and possible adult beverages due to the amount of time spent on premise.

Just had my daughter 3rd birthday there all the kid at the party had a blast. The bouncy houses and slides are a lot of fun and the glow n dark was cool. The team that help host ur party and polite and helpful would definitely recommend and would return.

We have had birthday parties for our kids there as well as went for many other parties there. It's always entertaining and our kids love it. Staff is really helpful and know how to handle kids at birthday party. Our kids never get bored there and they are always hyped to go there. Would recommend anyone for a birthday party.

Fabulous, punctual, organized, clean. Name brand pizza (papa John's),not some generic microwave. Party host were very attentive to the kids needs as well as the adults.

Pump it up was really excellent. All of the staff were incredible as soon as we arrived and to the very end. My 5 year old's birthday party couldn't have been better. He was totally thrilled with it as were his friends. This will be the first place i recommend to anyone who is looking for a venue for their kid's party.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER HAVE A PARTY AT THIS PLACE! My child's party was at 5 and due to it being everyone's first time there a lot of my guest were late trying to find the location (we only got a hour of play time and a hour to eat and cut the cake) (for $280) (rip off) so by the time some of my guest showed up it was already time to go to the party room to eat And cut the cake. At this point only 6 of my birthday guest were present and they only got to play for about 10 minutes and was rushed to the party room with no kid music no television no type of entertainment it was so boring and quiet! Now I understand it was our fault for showing up late but u mean to tell me they get 1 hour to play and then it's time to sit down and eat for the rest of the party? Everything was a huge rush and they need to add extra play areas for so the kids can play freely with out a time frame.. but the worst part of it all is I had a 15 kid package which was $280 but only 6 of my kids showed up and the others didn't make it because the party was OVER soon as we got there l, and I was told "even though only 6 of your kids showed up u still have to pay for 10 kids" which was 265!!! So basically I paid 265 for 6 kids to play for ten minutes and to eat 3 boxes of pizza! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! My daughters 5th birthday was ruined and none of the kids had fun!! 1hour is not enough play time for kids!! They just want to take your money and rush you to get out so they can take the next persons money ! Those packages shouldn't be anything over $100. Maybe after they collect all of their money from ripping people off they will build a bigger play area so u won't have to be rushed and kicked out and the kids can actually enjoy their FREAKING "PARTY" PS. The front desk older lady with the dry hair/split ends and glasses was very rude and nasty the entire time.

WORST 400$ ive ever spent on a birthday party. had my sons 2nd birthday party there a few weeks ago, the party hosts were like 15/16 so they had no idea what they were doing, not friendly at all. we bought the 15 kid party package, 15 kids didnt even show up but somehow we got charged for 3 extra ice cream cups, they wouldnt let us bring our own drinks/snacks in because "they sold them there" the lady at the front desk was too busy on her phone to help anyone fill out the waiver. the party host insisted that we light the candles first and sing happy birthday before we ate the pizza, so by the time we got done with that all the kids, including my 2 year old son were wanting cake since they pulled it out in front of them! when it was finally time to take the presents to the car the young girl who was one of the hosts came back in wining because it was cold out so was cold. dont waste your money here, if i could get it back i would. i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Took the kids tonight to release some energy before this snow storm ;) They had a blast, were red faced and all sweaty by the end! The staff were all great and made sure the kids were enjoing themselves too

I spoke to a very unfriendly employee, I asked if I could pray in one of the empty the empty rooms and she said NO you cannot SMH

My son's 5th birthday went off with ease. I didn't have to do anything but bring the cake! ( or cupcakes in our instance) but everyone had a blast and the helper employees were absolutely amazing!!!

we went to the free open house that's really fun! I hope we could have the same place In Columbus Ohio .

I brought my son here for open jump on his birthday. Lucky for us we were the only ones there. A few joined in later, but we had the place to ourselves which was really cool. The staff was so awesome. However, the inflatables were not as great as they used to be. Many are damaged and there weren't any simple jumping ones like they used to have. The first room got boring quick. However, room B was a blast. We didn't stop laughing the whole time. I'm about ready to cancel my gym membership and just come here a few days a week. It was so fun!

Birthday parties are pretty flawless. Keep the kids moving and entertained

Understaffed and staff that was present didn't know how to interact with children. They were playing around with each other. The kids got bored with the inflatables after a short time.

Attended an 8 year-old's birthday party and it was well organized. Staff took good care of the kids. Lots of inflatables and fun activities for even my toddler.

I don't know why anyone would give this place a bad rating. Staff was great. Place was clean. Kids had a blast. Good times for all.

i had my 12th birthday here (glow party) and it was really fun all my guest had a good time and i had an awesome time too!! and im gonna be having my 14th birthday there as well!

I felt like for the price the party was rushed and no one really got to enjoy themselves. The establishment was setup pretty cool and the staff were polite. Just felt like we were rushed from one room to another.
