Great price when open for public nights! Fun and full of energy welcomed!

Wonderful experience for a birthday party! I was just a guest but the hosts said they were great to work with also. The employees (mostly young women) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, happy and made what could be a stressful day, very enjoyable! Highly recommend.

Had my son's 4th birthday here and the kids all had a great time. The issues I had were with the staff and timing once we got to the party room. We had a group of 9 kids plus their parents so quite a few people. We were rushed the whole way through our party room time and the staff was very unapologetic. They just kept reminding me that they had another party coming through and we needed to hurry. The staff got huffy with me and the kids. Lots of eye rolls. They rushed my son through his gifts and barely gave him time to read cards or take a second to look at his gifts. We ended up having to take half of his gifts home to open so that there would be time for the pinata. When we did the pinata, one of the staff was also pulling strings to get it to open faster. They started taking down our decorations while the kids were getting their candy from the pinata. All the while reminding us that they had another party coming through like somehow that was our fault. We didn't really get to enjoy the party room at all because we were being rushed through everything to accommodate the next group. 3 stars because the kids and adults really enjoyed the play time even though the big slide was down and no one called me ahead of time to let us know. They also messed up our order to Papa John's so we ended up not getting some of our order until the party was almost over. Which at that point they had cleaned everything up so no one really got the chance to eat any. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and that's what matters but for the adults who deal with the behind the scenes stuff it was rushed and the staff was kind of rude about it. And the adults are the one's forking over the cash so maybe slow it down and try not to overbook so guests can enjoy what they paid for.

Awesome place for a stress free party...don t have to worry about bringing anything except a cake, if you want one. I ve had two parties now here and both were great.

This is the only place I know of where you get your own space, uninterrupted by others. I ve been to many parties at other arenas where very little feels special about your little one s day, as they re in the mix along with hundreds of other kids. Not here!

You ve got each space to yourself, plenty of room for adults to sit down and watch their kids play, and the party pros are great, with special little touches. From the birthday boy leading the way to the arena to the grand entrance into the party room. They definitely made my little man s party special.

But again, what sells me every time is the fact that it was NO prep on my part. And in this crazy stage of life, that s music to my ears!

First time here attending a birthday party. I have to say I was impressed. The service was great throughout the whole experience. Staff was good with the kids, and the party was consistently moving and never got dull.

There's plenty of room for the kids to play and stay constantly entertained with tons of inflatable courses and challenges.

Very hard working and friendly staff. Our daughter had a blast for her birthday. She played with her friends while listening to her favorite music. All packages are at a reasonable price. Watching my daughter enjoying her birthday was priceless.

So overrated. We were taken to a room that would barely hold 50 people comfortably and it only had 2 bounce toys available, one slide and one of the areas roped off for being broken. Very disappointing

Had a birthday party to attend! Kept the kids busy and moving to each room to keep their interest!! Great staff! Served the kids the treats an helped clean up!

Came for a childs Bday party and it was a great experience for all involved..

My kids had fun at there cousins birthday party. Pump it Up is a great place to have a party, it is a times based place where you spend 30 to 40 minutes in a room before moving on the next room and so on. The service was excellent, anything we needed they didn t hesitate to get for us. We will definitely return.

Clean, bright, upbeat staff who seemed to enjoy supervising the kids.

I had a great time there. I would recommend this to any one who does not want their child to get hurt like at sky zone..

Total WASTE of money and time. Came here with my son's daycare group. The LOUD music was inappropriate for children, and the 2 workers(for about 40 kids) weren't monitoring the bounce rides at all. They just walked around looking annoyed like we were an inconvenience to their day. I took the day off work because I thought this would be a fun end of summer thing to do with the kids but I wasn't. Understaffed, overpriced.

My three year old had a party here with cousins as old as fifteen and everyone had a great time! Given the bad weather lately it was a perfect plan. Highly recommend!

Our party host was the greatest! The best we've ever had! We would host our parties here in the future if we had her! Nova loved her 3rd birthday party & so did all our guests. Thank you Pump it up!

Hard not to have fun here. Good staff as well. The young ladies took care of our party perfectly.

I'd steer clear of this place. Nasty, nasty environment. Make sure your kids are up to date on their shots before going. Rude staff. Would never go back here, ever!

We went there for a kids party, the kids all seemed to have a very good time. They used a lot of energy. It seemed like there was plenty of staff to see to the needs of kids. Being that we were there for a party, I did not pay attention to the value.

Had our girls 4th birthday here. The staff at Pump It Up were so friendly and made our experience amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, can t say enough good about it!!

Fun for kids and young adults, organized, helpers were great. Had a good time at great granddaughters birthday party!

My kids had a good time. It's a bit smaller and less inflatables than some of the others we went to (in Anchorage, Alaska).

Great place. The pizza and service was fantastic. My grandson had a ball. I even tried the climb and slide

The play centers were not very clean. The workers were young and not very professional. They seemed disengaged with the birthday child.

My son has had 5 birthday parties there. The staff is wonderful and it is always nice to show up and get to enjoy the party with my son. I literally have to do nothing , down to taking the pictures they do it all. I show up with a cake and have fun with my son the rest of the kids and family.

We chose to have my daughter's FIRST birthday party at Pump It Up in West Chester and we were very satisfied with the service of the party, the staff, the pictures the staff took. I would say the party was well worth the price.

Had a great experience at Pump it Up! We did a combined party for our 2 kids that have December birthdays. Staff was friendly and very service oriented. The ladies who were our party coordinators were awesome! We brought in cake, favors, balloons, etc and they took everything and set it all up for us. Price was very reasonable and all the kids had a blast. Another accommodation that stood out was the privacy...you start in one room then they move you to the next without interfering with other parties they have going on. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. The people were very friendly. Did not have to worry about anything but watching the grandkids play.

We just celebrated my daughter s 2nd birthday at Pump It Up and everyone had such a good time. The staff was very helpful and it gave me time to actually enjoy the party. I didn t have to worry about bringing anything but the cake which they cut and served to everyone! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

If I could leave lower I would!!!! They were really rude to the kids. That's your job!! Don't be that way too them

They did an amazing job with our party. They set up everything for you and make sure things are going smoothly. The kids (& adults) had so much fun on all the different equipment. It was really nice that it was a private party so only our group was in the arenas. The price was very reasonable.

We had our daughter's birthday party here which was amazing but what was the most exciting part of the entire day was Not just the inflatables but the staff and how they served our kids in are guests. 100% recommend a trip out or even your kids party. Way to go pump it up!

We've gone to 2 parties here and had 1 party ourself here. Very good place. Helpful and courteous. Kids had a great time every time.

Pump It Up - Birthday (Not recommended)
Great for really little kids - Kindergarten or less.

They ask you to arrive 20 minutes before hand for a video that s a minute and 30 seconds. They got us out to our play area late.

Our workers were not great. I had to ask the workers, who were just talking to each other, about how to use the Kinect. There were a couple of kids who tried to use it for minutes, and they didn t get help beforehand. A couple of kids asked for a pizza, and I had to ask them to be served 8 minutes later.

The kids had some fun but wanted to hang around the air hockey a lot.

Say no to fun with rules. You can t climb high on the climbing wall. No flips on the bungee jump.

35 minutes in each of the 2 rooms. 50 minutes in the eating room.

Most things are charged for. You want to make the eating room less boring, ring toss(hat and other fixture to throw on) and limbo(noodle go under). These had to be paid for and it would be more cost effective if you brought them. They ask you to tip the friendly but not so great service at the end.

Love coming here with my five year old. We have fun and a great work out.

Had a kids party here and loved it! They literally take care of everything. All we had to do was bring our cake. Easy, low stress party for parents! Definitely recommended.
