I was extremely pleased with my stay.
Pros:
hotel staff was very friendly and polite
the room was very clean and modern
the hotel staff helped me with finding my way around in the underground (subway)
Hotel is located one block from the underground and two blocks from the train station
Excellent complementary buffet style breakfast

When I go to London next year I will Stay at the Pullman London again
