Spacious room with a large bathroom. Very rich breakfast and very attentive service throughout the hotel. In the evening, sit comfortably outside in the lounge area. Highly recommended hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful, left us something special in the room as it was our honeymoon. Shame the prices were so extreme at the bar, and the attitudes of some of the guests were so awful. Room and hotel in general very clean, though some wear and tear in the bathroom in our case. Beds and pillows fantastic though!

staff could be more friendly, no snacks at the pool deck in the late afternoon, unnecessary towel procedure, feels like a typical business hotel...

Fantastic hotel for a business trip. The breakfast was great. The only downside is that the gym is very small. On the plus side, you can run to and fro the W note along the boardwalk.

Great place, pitty made it when renovations where on, price on suite is a bit too high for what is offered, expecially is you get lower floors with less sea view!

The staff looked after is amazingly. Surprise champagne and strawberries were left in our upgraded room as an anniversary gift and nothing could be too much trouble. Beautiful hotel and beautiful city.

Magnificent hotel located opposite the Platja de Samorrostro, the huge entrance hall of the hotel gives you a taste of the beauty and standing of this 5 star hotel. The double bed was very comfortable, the superb view, the heated swimming pool on the huge terrace is really pleasant under a magnificent winter sun, the view is excellent on the sea and the city. Several paid or free parking nearby. I will come back with pleasure.

Spent a long weekend in Barcelona and chose the Pullman Barcelona Skipper for its combination of location, quality and facilities. Excellent Superior room with large balcony overlooking the pool & gardens, immaculately kept with all the luxuries we needed. Great pool areas in garden and on roof, only complaint would be the lack of sun beds downstairs and lack of any shaded sun beds at roof pool area. Good pool side food, though did not eat in restaurant as ate out every day. Easy 5 minute walk to local Metro underground station and 2 minute walk onto sea front boardwalk, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs.

The friendly staff make up for any incovenience during the remodelling. Alejandre is a hospitality all-star.

The Pullman has been amazing. The architecture of the building is refined and tasteful. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially to those less familar with foreign language. Staying in the hotel room is a pleasant and quiet delight. They have taken every measure to make us feel comfortable during our brief stay in the city.

NOT recommended.
- 2 jackets missing, disappeared from the wardrobe in our room
- noisy rooms (feels like sleeping on the street)
- slow checkin / checkout

Despite good location, not worth the money

Exceptional treatment, very nice modernclassic place, and good food, an ideal couple's dinner.

Beautiful hotel, great pools great service all round

The hotel is a bit old. One floor was built all day. As compensation for the noise, the breakfast for the entire stay was worth 20 p.p. offered. The service is very nice and accommodating. I give only 3 stars, since the decision to do construction work in the high season by not the expectation of a 5 star hotel.

Not what it is advertised as.

Certainly not 5*. Very, very noisy at night.

No quality shade, or umbrellas on rooftop pool (and it gets hot up there!)

Currently under a VERY noisy renovation. For such a small hotel, it should have been closed for renovation. The only people suffering during this time are the guests.

Staff are sympathetic to complaints, however, do absolutely nothing to resolve them. TripAdvisor will show this hotels inability to listen to its customers.

Well over priced for a 3* hotel. Choose somewhere else, because this hotel isn't the 'glitz' it is advertised as.

Lack of organization and communication. However, only the catering remains good and healthy. The staff are quite depressing even depressed.

Wow. Location is amazing, rooms are perfect ( the bed is super comfortable) , service outstanding but expected with the chain of course. David was amazing at check in . I speak english and my family speak french and he was juggling both languages fluently but most of all he was very professional. So is the rest of staff. Hotel is well decorated and modern , clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Barcelona. Oh how can I forget the breakfast!

Very nice Hotel near to the beach and well-located. The rooms are quite nobel and the breakfast rich. However when I entered the room, the room had an awful odor (due to a dried out Siphon in the rest room), which was obviouly not checked before and there was an undefined stain on the carpet (not common in this hotel category)

Me and my husband have been celebrating our honeymoon and his 30th birthday Over the last few weeks and our final stop was Barcelona.
I have been a platinum member of Accor for three years and stayed in number of different hotels across the world. I must say that Barcelona Pullman Skipper Hotel is exceptional. YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND EVERYONE SHOULD LEARN FROM YOU.
The rooms are modern and clean, the corridors smell of lovely fragrances, the food is really good but what makes this hotel the best is THE STAFF!
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, the staff went above and beyond our expectations and they couldn t be more friendly.
The customer service that we experienced was just excellent - special mention should go to Tiago - who looked after us from day one.
Tiago is such a great asset to your hotel and the whole experience wouldn t have been the same without him.
Really looking forward to be back soon

Staff couldnt do enough for you...in particullar Tiargo , so helpfull .with trips ..location ..late checkout .and even sorted a cake & bottle of fizz for my husband s birthday .Hotel is Amazing & spotless .beds & towels changed daily .sheets were ice cold ..god send after a day siteseeing.staff in bar so helpfull & friendly ...

Nice hotel, helpful staff, very clean, easily walkable to several restaurants and the beach.

A lovely hotel in a great location of Barcelona with very helpful and welcoming staff members. Bedroom was very clean and cleaning staff always useful and never disturbed. Room service was good and quick on our first evening. However, at times we had very slow service for example, it took nearly 45 minutes for a hairbrush to be brought to my room after phoning twice. Would have liked a room to change and possibly shower in instead of the toilets as we had checked out at 12 but we're not departing for our flight until 6pm.

Modern hotel very well located by the beach and within walking distance of prime Barcelona visitor attractions such as the Gothic quarter. Rooms are spacious and clean, facilities and restaurants are of a very high standard. But what sets the Pullman Bareclona Skipper apart are the fabulous staff - all of whom were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

Hotel is conveniently located, service was efficient, all facilities are convenient, employees provide a kind attention to guests..

Generally good. Service is good, breakfast is good, the rooftop swimming pool is unique.
Find the room a bit small.

The restaurant rations are very poor for the price they have. Good taste.

The only complaint I have is that the restaurant staff did not speak in Catalan. I do not ask people to answer in the language that I speak, but I want to talk as much as you want, but at least I understand. I also work In the face of the public, we were very well attended to by all the guys and in a personalized way, this is very good, but as we told this waitress, Pedro, this changes when you do not know Catalan, they are working in Barcelona.

I stayed at Pullman hotel a week ago and the experience was very positive. It has an indoor garden with a very nice pool, a pity that it was so cold hahaha I emphasize the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The staff is very attentive, they solved all my doubts and special requests. I will be back, I hope!

Unique location, in the heart of the nightlife ... fabulous views to try the really innovative tapas in the bar, the rooms would need a little modernization, but on the whole 5 deserved stars ...

To want to be what you want to be, very lazy. The rooms cold and noisy, in fact the aluminum carpentry did not fit. The reception reception excellent.

Good Hotel, for the privileged place where it is, beach and the Olympic port.

Hotel very cozy and full of spaces and events. We went to do a wine tasting. Very welcoming good service. Perfect both to go have a drink and enjoy your terrace or your kitchen.

We enjoyed the stay. I wish there was a personal touch. Front desk people were too busy and it's commercial even though I have a gold membership at accorhotels there is no upgrade except for free drink. Bar service was good especially Rajeev did a great job serving us
