I brought my GTI for service on Friday 6.26.2020. I had a coupon with a 21% discount. The service advisor asked me if I had an appointment. I stated that I had initially tried to book one on the phone, but I kept getting routed back to the operator. I saw the dealer participated in service express, and as I was only looking for an oil change, this should be easy to accommodate me. I was told that the earliest they had an opening was for Tuesday. Express Service policy clearly states you can bring your car in anytime for regular maintenance. After some protest the tech finally agreed to take my car and honor my coupon. When I came in the evening I got the bill from the cashier I noticed they had applied a $10 discount. I showed the cashier the coupon and stated that on an $84.84 pre tax bill the 21% discount works out to $67.03. The cashier said there was nothing she could. The were basically holding my car for ransom until I paid their incorrectly calculated bill. Horrible service from the service advisor!
Fantastic staff and service! I coundn't be more satisfied! Everyone was just so courteous and they even offered me donuts they got for the the entire staff i will definitely bring my vw back here for firther maintenance!
Javier, Odis and Dennis made this quite simply the easiest and most efficient car purchase we ve ever made. I m super impressed with this dealership and these people. We purchased a new 2020 Tiguan SEL R-Line.
Javier was my first point of contact. He was willing to work with me via email where other dealers weren t, which made the process so much simpler. The entire purchase process only took about 45 minutes including a test drive. They were straightforward with every aspect of the deal, from the first time Javier followed up to Odis in the finance office; we were very happy with the entire transaction.
This is a team of real professionals, and I d refer anyone to them to buy a VW. Great work and thank you!
I just bought a 2016 VW golf 4dr s. Mike Sarovich was the sales consultant who helped me with the purchase. He offered me a great experience. The price for the car was very competitive. No other dealer offered me a price near the deal I got. I would highly suggest visiting if you are in the position of buying a VW in Chicago.
Ordered a "Spektrum" color Golf R in March. Picked it up this week. Absolutely thrilled with the car. Color is Sarantos Turquoise and it's stunning. Pugi was extremely helpful in ordering the car and in updating me on status as I waited for it to be made.
Thanks Pugi, especially Bill Havican. I know I wouldn't have this very limited production car without Bill's effort.
Low prices off the bat. Not much room for haggling, and they will throw in an extra fee for certification of used cars even though they are already advertised as certified at a certain price.
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We found the exact car we wanted and a great price too. Today I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to answer and questions I might have. Great dealership with wonderful service.
I GENERALLY TAKE MONTHS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION BUT AFTER MEETING ROBERT AT PUGI VOLKSWAGEN I KNEW RIGHT AWAY THAT I WAS MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION, HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME AS THE COLOR AND TRANSMISSION THAT I WANTED WAS NOT IN STOCK ROBERT WENT OUT AND GOT ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND AT AN EXCEPTIONAL DEAL, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PUGI VOLKSWAGEN AND REMEMBER, ASK FOR ROBERT YOU WONT BE SORRY
I bought my second Volkswagen here, and let me tell you Pugi is the best!! Gus was absolutely amazing, had my car ready to go and I was in an out! I only had a brief window to buy my car, so Gus and his team worked with me to have me in and out in 30 minutes! I SO appreciated it!!! Thank you VW Pugi for making this experience quick and easy!!
Beware! Unless your car is under warranty, stay away from the service dept. Brought my jetta in with the check engine light on. Was told it was a sensor and a hose. The arrogant service rep told me it was going to be $1,579.00
I told him that seemed absurd. I decided against the repairs and was then forced to pay an $80 estimate fee!!
** I took my vehicle to a local small repair shop. They replaced my secondary air sensor (the only thing defective btw)......their price $253.00
If that doesnt tell you what they're all about nothing does.
Worked with Dennis and Chad and they were good to work with.
I wanted this car so much, I got on a plane and flew to Chicago from Kansas City to pick it up. For many people I'm sure this would be considered risky business, but once I got on the phone with Mike at Pugi and talked details about the car (remaining tire tread, brakes, service record, etc.) I knew I was working with professionals who built instant trust. I put a deposit down with my credit card and bought a plane ticket. The car was exactly as described on AutoTrader and when I arrived it was freshly washed and polished. Pretty sure they even put RainX on the windshield, as I drove through showers somewhere in Iowa on the way home. Mike and the Pugi crew made paperwork a breeze, handled financing through VW, and even sent me on my way with a nice little parting gift and a cup of fresh-ground coffee. Oh - Mike picked me up fro the Metra stop near the dealership!
And as a side note... the thing that made this car special was its hard-to-find manual transmission. In all the shopping and test drives I went on, Mike was the only guy not to ask me skeptically, "are you sure you can drive a stick?" (Man, I miss the VW slogan, "drivers wanted!") I only wish I lived close enough to Downer's Grove to take advantage of their gorgeous service department and car wash. Next time I need a car I'll be sure to check the inventory at Pugi. Thanks, Mike & team, for a great used-car-buying experience!
Would not even negotiate one dollar . Not interested in fair pricing or compromise . Pass them up.
Great place to get you car fixed the guys here are honest and won t charge you arm and leg if you don t need it. Strongly recommend getting your servicing here!
Devon was fantastic! I had a few cars in this class from other manufacturers I was looking at and stopped at a few other dealerships before coming to Pugi VW. None of those sales reps had the winning personality Devon has. Likable, polite, and not at all pushy, he provided most excellent service and we were quickly and painlessly able to reach a deal. I m now the proud owner of a new VW!! It s my fourth, with a Mini between my 3rd and this one, and I m happy to be back in the VW family.
Ask for Rey (Reynaldo Torres)! Great guy to work with. I bought a Beetle Convertible and Rey was patient through out the 2 month long buying process and helped us out along the way. (It takes that long when you are trying to match your car to scarf's color! :) ) I would recommend Pugi VW to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!
We stood there for 20 minutes and no one greeted us. Inventory was none existent.
One visit was enough to ensure I will never pursue another vehicle from a Pugi dealership. Sales representative was looking out for one person and one person only: himself. Tried to backhandedly hike the price above its listed value at an unreasonable interest rate and upon objection became aggressively defensive and unprofessional and upon expressing disinterest in the car, became belligerent. Turned around and bought a different car from a more professional sales person at a competing dealership that very same day.
Had a nice experience there. the cars are in good condition and cared for properly.
Mike and Steve were very helpful and professional. I was able to get the car I was looking for and at a great place. Would highly recommend,
I did my research ahead of time and went in to meet the sales manager Bill. He was unavailable when I arrived however I was taken care of by Robert. Robert did a great job working with me on the vehicle features, pricing, and educating my wife on her new Tiguan. This was my 4th Pugi vehicle purchase and I have been mostly satisfied again.
Nothing is perfect though and I am not happy with my "new car detail" that was supposed to be taken care of prior to buying this vehicle. It is a large purchase and it did not look like it. It seems as if the "detail" includes a drive through car wash with tire shine. Windows were dirty and there is dirt along all of the door seals and wheels. Again, a new car should get properly detailed otherwise outsource the work to a proper detail team.
Lastly, the parts department messed up and gave me the wrong rubber trunk liner. I purchased it and I along with Robert informed them it was for the 5 seater (no 3rd row option) Tiguan. I get home which is about 45 minutes away and of course they gave me the wrong one. Again, Robert was apologetic but now I have to make another 1.5 hour round trip drive for someone not slowing down and ensuring it is the right one. I can say this human error and could happen anywhere.
Thank you to Robert as he was great however the lack of a proper cleaning/detail and the wrong part issue is frustrating when you spend this large amount of money. - Josh
I purchased my VW from Roesch but after a snotty interaction with their female Service Writer a few years ago, I now get my car serviced at Pugi~exclusively! I've worked with Adam, Jeremy and Brian and they have all treated me with respect and never seem to mind when I just show up without an appointment. (Like I did today for headlight replacement.) So if you've had a less than stellar interaction with the service department at Pugi VW, you might want to look at yourself to see if you were the cause. Sometimes customers are the ones responsible for setting the tone of the transaction.
I was extremely pleased with salesman Angel Estevez! He was patient and encouraging and helped make my purchase of a Jetta GLI enjoyable (which is quite a feat)! I was pretty certain that I was going to purchase a different brand but Angel helped me experience the difference in the Jetta through three test drives. I also got a great value! The staff and the facilities are very nice. And the finance gentleman is very personable. If you go ask for Angel!
Nice dealership. Nicely designed and amenities for customers. Friendly and helpful staff on my service visit. Just a year or so ago multiple experiences were terrible. They've turned things around!
Don't GO ! Over there service is more then POOR !
I went there to change the oil , they broke my air valve when they check tire pressure I ask to change for new even when I pay for that service " manager" said WE HAVE NOT THIS ON THE STOCK ! VW DEALER Lol !
After few days on my display show up check engine hmmmmm , I went to Jiffy lube to check the oil what's happen try to guess ! they didn't put enough oil !!!!!!!! Too many mistakes !!! Funnies thing is I have to pay for the service like THIS ! Never Again !
Pugi Volkswagen outdid themselves! They gave us Superb service! Gustavo was reassuring and professional! He knows what he s doing in this kind of business. We visited the dealership last week. They didn t have what we were looking for. However, they did everything they can to get that car for us! And they did! Within, not even a week, they found our car. Gustavo did a FANTASTIC job! He gave us a GREAT deal and GREAT service!! Next time, we plan on buying another car, we are DEFINITELY returning to Pugi Volkswagen!! They always have a GREAT selection with FANTASTIC service!
Devon, is GREAT!! Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you go in and see him. Scott & Otis were also a pleasure to deal with.
We were looking to buy a new Volkswagen Tiguan for a while now and also trade in my old 2012 model in...we corresponded with several in our Schaumburg area but they were unclear on the price and when we showed up they were unwilling to work with us,This is when we started looking further and my husband loooked into the Pugi Volkswagen.Aside of been extremely clear and very helpful they were also willing to work with the price we had in mind for an amazing deal!Andre was the one my husband corresponded with via email and ones we showed up ...Andres one of his coworkers took us over and helped us with all our questions and concerns..him along with his supervisor and his entire team have helped find our perfect car in minimal time, gave us the deal we wanted for our old one and did the paperwork in extremely professional and timely manner! Both my husband and I are very impressed and very happy doing our business with this dealer!Everyone we dealt with were the best at their work, professionalism and manner!I recommend them to everyone! They are truly the best!!!!!!Thank you so much Andres with all your help! Will definitely be back!!!!!
Terrible customer service consistently. Parts department has serious issues with billing and being truthful to customers. I have been burned by these guys too many times. Unless you want frustration take your business elsewhere.
The new leadership in the sales organization is amazing. They are very responsive and customer focused. Great place to buy a car. Ask for Devon!
Thank you to Bill Havican and Andres for a beautiful experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Comfortable laid back non Pushy environment. Thank you again
I would highly recommend this dealership! I bought my car from Devon and he was great, it was super easy and he took care of everything. Anytime I have went in for service they are always very nice and get it done in a timely matter. I'm very happy I chose this dealership to purchase my car from.
Looked clean. Didn't have a mirror part I wanted though... fair pricing on parts and a fresh ground Starbucks coffee machine.
i was trying to buy a car and showed serious interest in a gently used Passat. When I was given an approval the salesman didn t show me a breakdown of the numbers at all. I had to come back later to try to talk to a finance guy who wasn t there when I went in. When I asked the salesman to see the breakdown of the numbers and was questioning why I was being charged for certain things he became annoyed with me. After asking to speak to someone who did finance my salesman left, came back 10 mins later without someone who does finance, and told me that nothing I was being quoted for could be changed. I spoke to the sales manager who used a very condescending tone with me and then my salesman asked do you want to buy a car or not ? Clearly I did, but they were so unprofessional that I lost all interest. Went down the street to Ziegler and was treated with respect and was able to get everything explained to me. They actually helped me fit the car I wanted into my budget unlike Pugi. Just go down the street if you want to be treated like your business matters.
Great sales team, very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Just bought a new VW from Pugi and it was quite the experience.
We had done our homework, knew exactly what we wanted and what it was worth before we ever spoke to someone from the dealership.
Our salesman (Rey) was absolutely awesome. He was low pressure, gave a fair price, and worked with us when we found a better deal.
The lady in the finance office was a nightmare. She basically bashed the car we just bought and said that it could break down at any time. She instilled fear and buyers-remorse in my wife before we even had the keys to the car! She put so much pressure on a warranty that my wife nearly started to cry. She really ruined the whole experience for us.
We loved Rey, but cannot recommend Pugi because of their practices trying to sell a warranty.
Great staff. Devon is awesome. Easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Managers Javier and Otis were great. Never nice people. All three made our car buying experience easy and were able to get us in and out. Definitely recommend this dealership. Great people, great experience and a great brand.
Devon Brown was great. He took care of all our needs and answered all our questions.
The team at Pugi were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made the buying experience very easy. Great working with Devon who worked to track down the vehicle we wanted and we are very happy. Great job!
Incredibly distasteful car-shopping experience earlier this year in late May 2019. Was recently reminded of the condescending remarks I received via email from Sales Manager Bill Havican and our heated negotiations in an office with salesman Kelsie Stowe. Walked out of this dealership and bought the exact same VW GTI for nearly $1000 less out the door at another dealership. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy, and numerous other reviews demonstrate this wasn't an isolated incident. There are many friendlier and far more professional VW dealerships in the Chicagoland area to do business with.
Everyone is on their A-game and always ready to serve their customers with whatever they may need. Friendly people, nice smiles and great service! Robert Cruz sold me a car that runs like a charm. When I did have an issue with the license plate lights, he happily addressed it and assisted in helping me find a way to fix my issue. I loved this company and service. Highly recommend it.
Lost my Jetta that I purchased from Carmax that I owned for less than a week after a tree fell on it and completely totaled it. We lost $4,200 after our settlement with Allstate. Allstate told me that Carmax prices are very high. So started searching for a used Jetta (staying away from Carmax) with low mileage and the features I wanted at a Volkswagon dealership in Naperville and didn't get my desired outcome! So continued searching for a Jetta and ended up at Pugi Volkswagon in Downers Grove. Wished I would of started with Pugi and the salesman, Emilio Cuellar that I worked with. He was wonderful and hands down the most pleasant buying experience I've every had! When I got there Emilio had all the Jettas lined up and ready for me to test drive. He was very personable and not at all pushy. He was honest with me about what he thought the value was of each car I tested. The manager John DePierre introduced himself to me and the finance guy, Greg Hines, talked to me to make sure I was getting the best financing possible (even though we had financing pre-arranged somewhere else). After test driving the Jettas he called me the next day to tell me one more had just come in that I might want to look at. Even after I purchased my Jetta from Pugi, I went back a couple days later and Emilio helped me figure out some of the features I wasn't sure of....blue tooth, navigation, etc. sending my son and any of my friends to Emilio @ Pugi who are looking for a Volkswagon! If I could give Emilio and Pugi 10 stars - I would!! Couldn't of wished for better customer service from my salesman and the dealership. Thank you!
My 2017 Passat lease coming to an end so I went into Puji Monday, 1/13 and a sales person approached me and I told him i had interest in a Jetta or a Passat. The sales person didn't have interest in selling cars this day; told me Jettas are in the back lot to drive around and take a look (it was dark out). I also had an interest on a showroom car(white Passat). Gave him my contact info and asked him to give numbers on the White Passat....Crickets! no follow up call via phone or email. So I called back on Saturday, 1/18 and asked if the white Passat on floor was still available and nope it was sold.
I gave up with trying to get any kind of assistance from this establishment with buying a car! after my saturday morning call, I decided forget Puji and I drove right over to Jacob's VW in Naperville and bought a white passat SEL, they provided great customer service and more importantly a fantastic deal! I already recommended my sister to Jacobs VW.
Puji, it's unfortunate the salesperson wasn't aggressive in making a sale for himself and your business! Being a Downers Grove resident, i tried keeping the business in the community.
We had a very pleasant experience at Pugi. Salesman was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. No pressure, no hassles. We usually dread the whole car buying/leasing process, but we found the car we wanted, and left feeling like we got a great deal.
Will not be going back have a warranty charged me $80 just to plug in car and see what's wrong!
The service manager Jeremy is rude, belligerent, and will not stand behind their work. I had to bring my VW Beetle back for a failed vacuum pump that was under warranty. Jeremy originally claimed there was nothing wrong at all with the car. When I told him another mechanic tested the vacuum he claimed his techs would look into it.
They never called back to tell me they were keeping my car overnight. I didn't approve that. The next day he was again rude, raising his voice, and cocky. He claimed the brakes were substandard...nothing was wrong with the pump. Hey, at least were getting somewhere..originally nothing was wrong at all with the car according to him.
The last call was no suprise. Nothing was wrong with the pump. Instead it was the brake booster. I asked him to lock the keys in the trunk, and I would pick it up after hours.
I arrived to find my car unlocked. Keys in the center cup holder in plain site, and the hood unsecured.
So not only were simple directions on securing my car unable to be followed, I have to wonder about the integrity of a service manager that first claims nothing's wrong with a car and then happens to find a broken brake booster the next day.
At least he waved the diagnostic fee.
Came in to drive a Tiguan R type, car had no gas in it sales person not willing to go get gas rather wait for a porter to go get it. Salesperson trying to get me to drive AU regular Tiguan when I'm not interested in that vehicle. Basically wasting my time. So I just left I'll get my money to a different dealer.
I wish I could give more than a five star review. For the past six months my husband and I have been looking for a new car. We have explored every brand and dealership in the area. We walked into Pugi Volkswagen about two weeks ago and immediately we were greeted by Roger Mejdrich. He was friendly, but not pushy which I really appreciated. We had A LOT of questions, and he was so patient answering everything. He understood that we needed some time to think about the purchase. When we left I told my husband that this is the person we should buy a car from. Last Thursday, we went in to purchase a new car. We needed help with getting the financing done, Roger fought for us and got his finance manager to work with us. He didn't know us other than these two people who walked in to look at a car, he didn't have any obligation to make magic happen, but he did. He really cared about getting us into the right vehicle and the right price for us. He is AMAZING!!! We will definitely be calling him again when we are looking for a next car.
I also want to say that Odis Horne, the finance manager is the BEST. He went above and beyond, he worked magic. He got our monthly payment and interest rate down to a number that blew me away. He stayed late to get everything done for us. Again, he didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did. I asked a lot of questions and he had great advice.
I could go on and on about how excellent the experience was buying a car from them. If you are in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going in to meet with Roger and Odis, you won't be sorry.
FInally, I just want to thank them both for everything they did to make the car buying experience painless and enjoyable.
Pugi VW was excellent. Roger was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, honest, personable, easy going, and definitely didn't try to steer us in the wrong direction. Javier was also great to work with. He was personable and very welcoming. Overall, it was my best experience yet buying car! Thank you to Roger and Javier!
You have to be very nice to get service you want...they just happy then you buying a car from them.
Service consultant became combative discussing faulty harness that formerly was identified by VW as bad, but this dealer refused to fix it under warranty.
My only complaint and reason why I m rating this dealership poorly is because of the customer service. Every person I ve ever spoken with here has been extremely rude (except a guy in service I spoke to), especially the receptionists. Not just on one occasion, but multiple occasions. When I was trying to explain over the phone what it is I was calling in regards to, one of the receptionists failed to even hear me out, cut me off immediately and said I needed to talk to someone else. Little did she know, since she failed to listen, was I was in a bad car accident earlier that day and the last thing I needed was someone rude to be snappy with me. The receptionist I spoke with before her was the same way, answered the phone like she was super annoyed and just flat out rude. I work in customer service and our business thrives on the great customer care that we supply. I don t understand how people would even want to go to this dealership to put up with people like that. I will never purchase a car, let alone take my VW here again.
Just to add, I purchased my last VW at Crystal Lake VW, and their customer service is PHENOMENAL! Extremely nice and professional people. I m willing to make the 1hr+ drive out there than go down the street to this horrible place.
Stay away from this place. I recently came in trying to buy a new Atlas. I met with salesperson Robert Cruz, he got some numbers for me, and overall I had a good initial experience. However, when I emailed and called Robert about additional numbers on the Atlas, I was met with silence. I sent him several emails on his work email and received no response. So I called him and he told me he hadn't checked his WORK EMAIL in a few days. Then told me his Sale Manager was out the past few days, that's why he didnt have the numbers, but assured me he would have them to me that night. This was over a week ago and I still have not received the numbers and Robert is still unresponsive to emails. Also, I guess if the Sales Manager is gone then the dealership ceases to function, so good luck trying to make a deal on those days, whenever they are. Lucky I was able to go to a more professional dealership in Chicaho and now have a new Atlas R-line, no thanks to Pugi. Extremely disappointing experience. I guess this is why Pugi is one of the lowest rated Volkswagen Dealers in the Chicagoland area.
I truly believe all the 5 Star Reviews must be friends and family. From the way, we were treated. I can not see this dealership staff merit a 5 Star Rating.....The whole sales floor reminded me of sharks in the water, as soon as they smell blood they become killers for that might "BUCK" Since when does a car dealer sell a new car, and has an aftermarket remote starter installed from an outside source? ...... Now if the car has any issues with the electronic system take one guess what VW will say. Total disregard for the customer. This was total deception at its best to make a small profit. After countless emails and calls to management, I decided to give this dealer a one-star rating that they earned. Shame on you Gary "GM" and Bill Sales Manager at Pugi Volkswagen for pulling this on my trusting daughter.
There are many honest dealerships in our area. Stir clear from this one
I bought a Infiniti not tat my car was relevant but it had wheel locks on. I figured since I didn't have the wheel lock key then id go back and get it removed or if they have the key would be great. But instead of any of the good options they offered to take my wheel locks off for $150 dollars and $50 more to put in another set of locks. The thin figured lady who was sales manager or something at the time who did the bill of sale had the happiest face when selling me the car but a complete change of face and attitude when I came back asking for the wheel locks. I don't get it because she sold me the car it's fair that she should either take them off for me or give me the key.then i had a new idea and had to get them taken off at discount tires for $40 all around and bought a set of fantastic locks on eBay for $20 and installed them. If they would have told me I would have felt differently about it but that shows how money hungry this dealership is and probably majority of others too besides one or 2. The worst was the sale manager lady that 2 faced woman out here robbing people of their money I'm so sick of it. Never buy a car from here
We recently bought a new tiguan from them. Their prices are great and that's why we were there. Then we got a new sales person on the phone on our way there try to get us to come in some other time because he was busy. We arrived regardless and during the sale process he admitted that we knew more about the car then he did. It took us 4 hours to buy the car and we didnt even test drive it. It was raining like crazy and they left the new car outside in the rain, handed us our keys and we were sent off on our merry way instead of parking in their enclosed bay and going over any other details with us. The license plate on the back wasnt even screwed on all the way. The "detailing" of the interior looked like someone did it in the dark with smudges on every corner of the car. I get these are all small details but itll give you a good idea of what to expect. I called in to talk to someone about our experience and we got Scott the used sales manager who apologized and told me the new sales manager would call us. In the mean time I tried reaching out to that person and left my details. It's been a week now. If you're looking for a deal pugi vw is good, if you're looking for a great sales experience go somewhere else.
No star, zero. Worst experience ever! I have visited many dealerships during last days. Honda, Ford, Audi, BMW. Everywhere were professional and respectful. But this PUGI VW dealer makes You angry. When You enter dealership, You don't know who is customer and who is sale person, base on dress. Then when You come to price negotiation - in my case for lease, I wanted to know details like MF, RV and Incentives because price was extremely high. Devon, sales person, start laughing on me If I know how to calculate lease, and that nobody know how to calculate it. And then run to his manager loudly saying "He knows how to calculate lease, i want to see it". Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Usually after discussion with sale person You meet also manager, not here, they don't care. I don't want to imagine how service is working after this experience with sales. I am usually not writing reviews, but in this case for PUGI I have to do it, for others. Other thing is how it looks there, inside, You are siting in the room where chairs are old with ragged arm holders, dirty walls. This is just reflection how it works there, reflection of responsible site manager or owner. You guys should visit Honda dealership to get idea how it should work between sales and customers. And pls dont post here some reply with number so i should call You. Here is my feedback and that's it. I dont care, I will not go there anymore, I am not going to tell You how You should do it. I read reviews here much older and nothing was changed. I dont know who is writing those good review here. Probably PUGI Mazda is OK, I dont know, was not there. This is VW site.
Great store and very nice cars. The people were very friendly and now pushy.
We just bought our 2nd car from Pugi Volkswagen. My wife has been driving the Jetta and loves it so when it came time to trade in my Dodge van, I became interested in the Passat. We were given a fair TrueCar price our first time so I was happy to return to Pugi which is about a one hour drive from me. My dealer was Arpod and he was extremely helpful. Comparing the Jetta and Passat, Arpod was able to tell me the lengths and trunk capacities exact to the inch.
I was quite underwater on my trade-in so Mike & Paula took a lot of extra time to put together a financing and lease package within my means.
Very satisfied. No problem sending a friend to this dealership.
People there seem ok,....i ll know more when i get the bill for the repair work
They were wonderful to my daughter. I highly recommend this dealership.
