I had an excellent experience at PSG in Edmonds for my screening colonoscopy. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. I was able to schedule through their Direct Access, and the procedure day itself was so efficient. The staff was reassuring (since I was a bit nervous) and friendly. I felt confident in the hands of my anesthesist (Ian) and Dr.Guo. After checking in and getting my IV placed, I was wheeled to the procedure room and don't remember anything after that until I returned to the recovery room. I felt back to normal by the time I got home (driven home by my husband), about 2 hours after first checking in. They are taking COVID precautions seriously; I had to get tested prior to my procedure and all staff was respectful regarding safety precautions. I can highly recommend PSG for anyone needing colonoscopy or gastroenterology needs!

Do yourself a favor and find another provider that doesn't just apologize for issues but takes corrective action. If you read through these reviews, you will find that for years patients have had bad experiences with the front office when making appointments and the back office when dealing with billing issues. Granted there are some good reviews, however there are too many patients who mention dealing with rude front office staff and backend billing issues to me comfortable in using PSG as a provider.

I had a procedure in Sept 2020 and am still dealing with their 3rd party billing company. I realize medical insurance billing is complicated, however one would hope that between the coding personnel at the Dr's office, the insurance company and PSG's 3rd party collection agency they could come up with better responses.

Zero stars if I could. Been trying to book my appointment for a month with a referral. Called in every week but the response is either no one picks up your call or front office never received my referral (even though my care team send it over digitally 2 times and fax it over once). Last time I called, got hung up on mid sentence. Finally asked my care team to refer me to somewhere else and was able to book that appointment within 24 hours of referral being sent. I highly recommend looking into another gastroenterology office to save time, especially with an incompetent front office

Family members & myself gone here for years. In calling to schedule follow up appointment with dr debley I spoke with OLIVIA front desk. Nightmare & a real monster. She was cold, unfriendly & short with me entire set up. When i asked to repeat zoom appt Instructions (cuz she spoke so fast couldn t understand her) she snapped at me & barked cruel remarks. I asked for another rep or her supervisor she lied said she was only one there & then HUNG Up on me! Bizarre behavior. tried calling several times to get someone else or supervisor -every time she blocked me through phone lines it was NUTS. eventually learned she was not only one on duty - also supervisor didn t even care when I shared my frustration & reported unkind manners of Olivia to treat patients in this manner. Olivia claimed she was being harassed . From the start the woman clearly hates her job & hates all people period. I will not be returning to Puget sound Gastro after this nor will my 4 other family members. Unacceptable. Plenty of qualified grateful people out there would appreciate Olivias job during these difficult times. She should be ashamed of herself & the clinic is an embarrassment to allow employees to harrass mistreat their patients. I hope this doesn t happen to other patients. Puget sound Gastro SUCKS

I have been a patient for several years. This clinic is run very well in all respects, with a great staff. My wife has also been a patient of Dr. Gou for years. His care has been excellent. Technically he is very gifted in the surgery. Moreover he answers all questions we have had. I can't think of any area that needs improvement.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
I don t even know where to start. I ve been having symptoms of gerd for over 6 months now. The rude staff ended up taking months to schedule an appointment just to see the doctor. When I finally see the doctor he scheduled me for a procedure. The day of my procedure, I get there and they were unable to apply an IV correctly. They had to poke me twice, after that they later noticed the machine was broken and cancelled my appointment. Then they scheduled me for the procedure five weeks later. They called me back a few days before the rescheduled procedure to let me know the machine is still broken. Now I am supposed to wait for them to call me back. I have really bad symptoms and they know. I just feel like this has been a joke to them. I can t believe the lack of professionalism throughout the whole process. Never coming back!

Very rude!!! I tried to make an appointment with GI doctor. The scheduler was so rude. I've never had this kind of service at other clinics. Please consider hiring more trained person, who has least respect for the patient. I will never ever use this clinic for any reason.

The phone system is terrible and the PHONE OPERATORS ARE SUPER RUDE! What a joke. I called and realized after a few system disconnects that they are having phone issues which seems to happen often. The only option to get through to a person where the phone system issues wasn't being effected was the provider line. I UNDERSTAND it's used for providers however I wanted to let them know they are having phone issues. A simple quick conversation by the first operator would have been sufficient but no, that's not what happened. The phone operators who answer the phone are super rude! The gal who of course didn't give her name but promptly spoke over me (so I could not explain) disconnected the line. I had to call again because I still needed to know how to get a hold of my nurse and she did it again! That is NOT how you conduct professional business and whoever that lady is should be fired for treating patients this way. She should NOT be in customer service or working with the public if she can't handle a simple phone call. There are so many other ways she could have handled this situation. Very disappointed! Looking through the reviews it seems they have alot of issues with the front desk and phones. PSG needs to make changes instead of risk losing patients!

Great service and the appointments are on time. The office is run efficiently and the doctors and staff spend just the right amount of time with the patients to answer all questions. Highly recommend them for routine procedures and to address specific medical concerns. They send information ahead of time to speed the waiting room time.
