This was the first and also the last time to have contacted A.J. Loots. Never had such a customer-friendly receptionist on the line in my life, and given the reviews here I am unfortunately not the only one. Basic communication course would be in place.
Just send an email or call and they are ready. Had an appointment scheduled, only the person who did the job was sick. No problem! The director himself solved the problem. Thank you very much for the good, nice, fast but above all professional service.
