A male receptionist looked up nodes his head then gets on a phone call and just leaves us hanging. The worst customer service ever! In the end after 10 minutes I had to ask another employee if they had availability. She says no, and sorry. Why make us wait and not say anything. unbelievable. good thing just 2 blocks down the street hotel Casa Reyna was amazing

Excellent quality / price in your rooms and very central

It is a good hotel, the rooms are comfortable but small but spend one or two nights is fine, I like to be friendly with the environment, breakfast is not bad, of course it is a normal continental breakfast, nothing extraordinary but rich. The prices are accessible, it is near the center, you can get there by walking or by a safe taxi for 50 pesos and in UBER for 30-40 pesos.
