Amazing customer service. Of course we re all practicing social distancing and I needed my 16yr old cats medication ASAP. They delivered it to me and the delivery driver was so kind. You all are rockstars!

They took care of everything! They confirmed my benefits, clearing explained my financial responsibility and deliver my medicine in a timely manner every month! I wish every prescription was this easy to fill and receive!

Great Experience. I walked into the Pharmacy to pick up my prescription and was immediately greeted by a staff member. The pharmacist actually came out to explain my prescription details. As stated on the phone conversation with Amy , Paige was extremely helpful. She was kind, courteous, and professional. She went the extra mile . Her demeanor her, personality and her report when speaking with me regarding my prescription and assisting me regarding my insurance card was absolutely phenomenal. She deserves more than a pat on the back she deserves a treat! in the form of a raise if possible LOL but seriously she was absolutely wonderful.

My doctor recommended this Pharmacy for an alternative to Flonase since I was still symptomatic. The dispenser for Xhance is different than any other nasal spray I have used. The good news is this is covered by my insurance and they even ship it to me free of charge. When using Flonase I had to pay out of pocket since it was OTC. I am very happy so far with this Pharmacy and never have to worry about running out of medicine.

The staff at this pharmacy goes above and beyond! My doctor prescribed a very expensive medication that was unfortunately not covered by my insurance. Professional Arts Pharmacy was able to offer a compounded drug for a fraction of the cost and hand delivered to me at no charge. They even took care of all the paperwork needed with my doctor's office. Definitely service like no other!!

Very disappointed. Prescription was sent in at noon on a Monday. Didn t have it ready until 5pm the next day. They close at 5:30pm and couldn t deliver this med because their currier already had too many stops. It s Wednes still no med. This was a topical med for pain relief. Had to watch my father suffer and not sleep during this entire time.

Medicine for my mother after her knee replacement surgery was days late with no reason or call from the pharmacy. How can you be days late on medications without calling the patient?

Super helpful! They found a way for me to get my medicine when I couldn't afford it, shipped it quickly and always calls me before they refill, make a change it sends medicine. They are great at answering my questions. I recommend them for compounding or any pharmacy needs.

What a Joke of a pharmacy, again and again they can't get the simplest thing done, that is make sure that a medication arrives on the due date that it is supposed to be there! Y'alls Motto should be "we'll have it to you when we feel like it!" And where to lazy to make sure it gets to you on time! Nothing but excuses given when you question the fact that it supposed to be filled and delivered on the fill date, so if you are expecting to receive your medicine on the day its supposed too be refilled that way you are not stuck without medicine you'd have better luck hitting the lottery!

I used to get robbed every month by people who acted like they were doing me a favor. Nos I go to I-Care pharmacy and pay less than half for the same meds by people that want to serve me. Professional arts should be called professional ripoff. IMHO.

One of the best and most reliable pharmacy that I have ever used. Was referred to them by my EN&T for medicine for my sinuses. They go out of their way to help their customers. At first Xhance was not covered by my insurance, but luckily they provided me with coupons to use which covered the cost. All I had to pay was my co-pay. Top it off they ship me my meds on a timely bases each month. Now the med is covered by insurance. They also do follow up to make everything is ok. Highly recommend Professional Arts Pharmacy!
