I loved the type of room where the event took place, it was the ideal space for the event.

Since its most recent remodeling, the hotel has been spectacular for the rates it offers

I was not a guest but I attended a meeting in their boardroom, very comfortable, there is parking very well service

I recommend it .. near the center and very quiet to rest

It offers the basics. Well the facilities. However some basic things do not work (TV in gym).

The location of the hotel is very good, it is about 15 minutes walking to the streets of the center, one street is a typical food market and on the opposite side there are some restaurants with typical food from Puebla, such as mole, chalupas, or the pipian and green mole, one of them the house of the grandmother is lodged as the initiator of the chalupitas of the center, the hotel is small but very comfortable, it has a fitness area on the ground floor, an autovent dispenser for any craving and the food area is modern clean and more than an American breakfast, about 3 streets is the tourist place of the secrets of puebla in the bridge of the bubas and a few steps the municipal laundry as well as a fountain lined with talavera, very good option to stay in Puebla.

Rebuilt and located in a historic place in the city of Puebla. Nearby is the Church of San Francisco, the Jenkings Convention Center, the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe, the Auditorium of the Reformation, the Planetarium, the Plaza de Toros el Relicario, the Cinco de Mayo Convention Center, the Fairground and the Cableway.

The facilities and place are beautiful but it is not worth having breakfast at that hotel

Make sure to pay when you book the room otherwise you will end up paying more at the reception because they convert the amount of your reservation from dollars to pesos and if you going to pay in dollars your bank is going to convert from pesos to dollars, also do not expect a big bed even if you booked a queen size, apparently their queen size bed is just 10 cm bigger than the standard one(this is what the staff told me)

Something narrow but very well equipped and fast attention

Coty express hotels are quite comfortable, and Puebla has beautiful architecture.

We had a triple room and even though we requested a third bottle of water to drink, they denied it to us. This is ridiculous. They only said that this was their policy.
