Nice hotel with good facilities, but very poor reception staff

The hotel meets your needs clean, breakfast included and the advantage is that it is central, the staff friendly.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels that I have visited, to think of not having food service inside the hotel more than breakfast included is very close to the center of Puebla and outside the hotel there are restaurants to eat without having to walk anymore. It is close to the area of the forts and best of all is that they include transportation to take you anywhere nearby obviously with reservation a day before

The building is very attractive, since it is the restoration of a very old construction in certain parts. I went for a drink but imagine that the hotel service should be very similar to the rest of the chain

I've been to several City Express hotels and the stay in Puebla was terrible, the place is very nice but the staff from the reception is unpleasant, in the morning it was 9 and the cleaning staff was already knocking on the door Very Bad.

I loved the room, the very kind attention of the staff. A pleasant experience, I would definitely go back.

The WiFi is not 100%, the rooms are comfortable, the food leaves much to be desired but is in an excellent strategic location.

In general all very well, the only thing I did not like was that they gave breakfast in disposable dishes, although it is an express hotel for those who travel for work and will only get to sleep, it is not a hotel so cheap to be served in disposable dishes.

An employee made a difference of people is supposed to have paid for a service the treatment has to be the same
