I would like to know if the CEO of publix and his management group want to have quality and fresh products in their stores because I think it is impossible when I have 4 hours with the doors open of my reefer trailer waiting to unload and I have already informed to everyone about the situation and nothing happened is like they don't care, keep away from this place the unloading is very very slow I check in at 7:00 am by appointment at 9:30 am I have been at the door for 4 hours and waiting, I believe that all lazy people of Jacksonville fl are here, good luck

After reading the reviews I have to admit that I was lucky. 1 h to get out 19 pallets . The docks are kinda tight to back in because of the other trucks sitting in front . If you have an early morning delivery it's crazy what's going on there .... Full of trucks (OTR) moving here and there , backing up sitting , you name it. Last thing .The truck next to me left early too

Depends on the workers there sometimes they send me the eight different doors to try picking up a load and other days I can go to one door and they will have my paperwork so I can get out of there

Only thing good about this place is that they are so slow. I was able to take a whole 10 hour break from the time I got here until now. Arrived 2 am appt 7a checked in at 5:10 they called me at 7:43 it took me 30 min to dock because of other drivers in & out and green light at 11:20. And after paying lumper fees 12:05 I m ready to leave this place.

Delivered a load at 0545 and was immediately assigned a dock. They started unloading me within 15 minutes of turning in the BOL to Receiving. I was out of there at 0730 (outstanding time for a food place). The ONLY negative is, backing can be rather tight. Get out and help your fellow drivers as I did and do everytime I'm at a place with a short backing area.

Very awful service. The "managers" are very rude and inconsiderate. The customer is always right, publix you really need to work on this. Especially your black female manager with dreads. She was a nightmare, awful, rude and very inconsiderate. It was clear that none of them value their jobs. I have to look at contacting someone hire up the chain. That's the only way things probably will change.

2 star only for overnight parking. Basically u can park at midnight, but still. I was here twice, first time took 6h unloading me, because they have to check every pallet, and I was half of trailer. Second time I was almost empty, and they took 3h. Too slow if u ask me.

I don't understand why the managers of this particular property/warehouse insist on jamming all inbound trucks into one tiny little area. You want you're freight on time every time which can be a miserable chore in itself...but then once we're on the property you give us the bare minimum amount of space to stage and then dock up. There's so much wasted space on this property which random trailers it makes docking up a real nightmare for us. Why? Why can't you give us inbound carriers the respect we deserve and give us some freakin space to not hit other vehicles.

This Warehouse treats the Independent Drivers with great disrespect. They try to get the Independent Drivers to use their lumpers apparently to unload the trucks. If you want to unload the trailer yourself because you cannot afford a lumper, the warehouse at Publix will cause you delays because they're not charged for any delays they cause for you. May God have mercy on Publix owners. But I cannot shop somewhere that treats people that visit their warehouses so bad. I will not let my family shop at Publix either. If I have to shop somewhere that treats drivers badly oh, I might as well shop at Walmart. I don't think Walmart treats Independent Drivers as bad as Publix Warehouse. I have heard that C&S Wholesale treats their drivers that visit their pretty bad but I don't know if that's true.

My appt was at 0400, only had three pallets to deliver, $30.00 lumper fee and out by 0530. Folk's at the gaurd shack were very nice (entrance and exit)and employees in frozen department were just as respectful.

Rude people, when you call it gets tossed around person to person and you can't reach anyone, Publix might fool some people but it is a garbage company, it's like all managers and executives, HR, and Todd Jones all got labotomies before working at publix.

These three star represents that this public warehouse is three Times slow, lazy ,rude unprofessional, no customer skills, no public relations skill, they can find better workers at a labor pool I'll never ever deliver, neither nor pick up here again.....

Extremely friendly and professional personnel. From the gate to the dock. Unloading times are rather decent. Biggest issue is the dropped trailers sitting broadside across from the docks. It causes issues and will be the cause of unnecessary damage due to lack of room to maneuver into the dock doors. Especially when there are trucks already in some of the doors.

So unprofessional. Half of crew riding around with no shirt on. And no big hurry to check drivers in. More worried about getting their speakers shrink-wrapped on forklifts and blearing music.

I have made 2 deliveries to this place.. both experiences have not been good. The unload time isn t too bad but almost 2 hours to get my paperwork is ridiculous.. and that s on a half load! When I asked what was taking so long o got a shoulder shrug.. it should not be ok to ti this to any driver . We have other appointments to keep , ELD requirements to abide by

Much of the delay do not take into consideration the truck drivers, the lady of the chekin has treated me very badly, it must be because I speak very little English and sometimes I do not understand her.
