Every year I go here to by balls and bases for a small league. And every year they don't have any in stock. This is like 8 years in a row. One week back order turns into a month. I've moved on.
If i could leave negative 5 stars for this place i really would. For a customer facing retail store the service and customer care is a joke once they have your money. Lindsey is about as useless and communicative as one of those automated machines at McDonalds. 2 years running jerseys that were promised within 3-4 weeks took up to 8 weeks due to their own inventory mismanagement, no apology, no nothing... I left my info for management team to call me back 2 weeks ago.... Still waiting Do yourself a favour and go to Home Run or Source for Sports, friendly staff that actually take pride in their industry and provide a good all round service.
