All Language, the best language provider, with a highly professional, communicative and friendly team of PMs. I have been working for years with All languages. They provide clear instructions and follow up when they assign translation jobs and the deadlines are always flexible. Payment is always on time at the beginning of each month. The technical team is very helpful whenever I have technical issue with Trados or file upload/download. I really feel All Languages is my good and comfortable source of income.

I get interpretationassignments by All Languages. The staff are very nice and cooperative. The payments are made on timely manner. It is a good place to work for.

I went to ALL language to get translated some transcripts-legal documents and must said that I m extremely happy with it services. Angela Flores was very friendly, professional and sweet! She kindly received my entire documentation and took all the photocopies necessary to proceed with the translation. She was keeping me informed on any updates during the translation process. I work for a law firm in the downtown core. I have used All Languages on many occasions but will most likely be choosing another translation company after the conversation I just had with their accounting department. The attitude and disrespect I received was rather upsetting and considering we are both professionals I am quite surprised of this. Customer service is one of the most important things in any ones job and I feel as if it was something All Languages lacks.

All Languages Ltd. exhibits true professionalism while providing services in the fields of translation and interpretation. They are consistently helping new immigrants and people having language barriers to overpower their difficulties with a great ease.

Yesterday I went there (cause the place is close to my work) to translate my ID card from Persian to English, all the information on the card are my name my date of birth and my father name so actually the just needed to spell my name and some numbers in English and the lady who was there told me it costs $155.00 +tax !!!!! I asked my friend who is working in a same place like this but it's on North York and far from me he said it should cost something between $35 to $50 , so if they wanna translate some real long documents and letters how much does it cost? $5000.00 +tax ? it's crazy, if there was a minus star I would give it to them. don't waste your time and money to go there.

Thank you for all the assignments. The legal assignments inspired me to pursue a second degree. I got a Paralegal diploma for a second career. Interpreting and translating which are intermittent jobs have helped a lot in making both ends meet when I have to tighten my belt. The translation app has not been friendly to me (who isn't so word server savvy) though. I should have grabbed more tasks if assignments for translation has the same system with translations and the finished tasks are submitted as PDF or Word Doc

While looking at translation services, and we were caught off guard that during the covid-19, you would add additional charges to perform remote work. It really feels like you are taking advantage of people in their time of need. Here your staff do not need to travel, and you are robbing your clients. Not very Canadian of you.

Hi I have been with AllLanguages for a while as a Mandarin Interpreter, but impressed by its professionalism. The staff and CSR are very friendly and fast responsive to mee the needs of freelance interpreters and translators.

Just have some suggestions:

1. Please consider to distribute those interpreting assignments LIVE like UBER and SKIPTHEDISH. So an app is needed to know the current locations of those active interpreters so as to offer the assignments to interpreter who is closest to assignment location. The app should calculate approximately how long the interpreter can arrive due to current traffic. Because it is live, those cancellations in last minutes can be avoided.

2. Please enlarge marketing and sales promotion, so that interpreters can have adequate assignments. Now i can have only two or three mandatin assignments a week, sometimes even none the whole week.

3. If the assignments become plenty of and much more that previously, consider to have one or two fulltime interpreters or translators for each major languages, like French,Mandain , Punjab, Farsi, etc. AllLanguage can try to offer assignments to those fulltime interpreters first, then to other part time or occassio interpreters.

Super professional and accommodating. I had a rush deadline and they worked with me to get exactly what I needed with precision and super speed. Will def. be using again!

I find your invitation method and system very logical and easy to use. When I get an invite, I can see the google map location, and I can accept or decline asap, get a reply from you that I have accepted the assignment in a quick turn around time. When i log on to provide details about completed assignment, I find it easy to input information. I also get calls sometimes from All Languages Ltd staff, to see if I am available,which is practical, since I do not have access to email at all times to see invites
