I have been to cheesies twice now. Once before this review. Both times the music was just a little too loud. I personally have sensitive hearing so you can imagine how my experience went. The food was good. Staff was chill. Was a decent playlist. Just too loud for me. Please support cheesies.
Found this place by chance on our way to a Cubs game. Pizza was SO good! If you're looking for unique pizza this is your place! Free arcade games! The counter on the bar is Super cool looking.
Love Cheesie's! Their food is good. I always love coming for their staff! I wish I could hug every one because they all seem like such good people. It might have to do with the super happy environment too, ha ha!
Maybe it was overhyped for me but I thought it was ok at best. Based on other reviews I think I set my expectations to high for this place. I just didn't get a wow factor from the food. The sauces are pretty awesome. Most of the beers I wanted they didn't have available even though they were listed on the menu.
This is the kind of comfort food I crave. I got the Melt with Cheddar instead of American, with tots on the side and my husband got the Frenchie. We went at 1:30 on a Thursday and there were surprisingly only a few other people in there, but I doubt that's normal.
The food was great like always. I enjoyed the Balboa sandwich. It got a little chaotic when a lot of tiny kids were around the arcade machines. They were running into people. Seating was also tight at that point.
