Agreement is necessary, please collect joining letter first then join to this company, No proper salary no proper team.

They call for interview and told as selected. Frm then they are irresponsive.

very worst company, not deserve even a single star, but I can't post without star rating so I give single star, there is no work, no culture even management also very childish, they are not able to pay 3k also, if you join in this company FINISH, no one will save you, if you want to ruin anyone's life, suggest them to join in this compay

Good Company for Freshers, good learning exposure. Need to provide more support to Juniors from Managers. I started as Admin now working as a CRM Technical Consultant.

I have been working with ERBrains IT Solutions Pvt Ltd for almost 2 years now.

Exposure:
I joined here as a developer in Microsoft Dynamics AX after having 2 years of experience in another company.
Since then, I'm happy to say that the learning curve has been on a tremendous productive rise! I got a chance to work to work on multiple projects, thereby increasing my knowledge on multiple modules.
Alongside my domain, I was given a lot of exposure to learn other related domains such as NAVISION and POWER BI.
The management was indeed extremely supportive in guiding me throughout.
Enough emphasis was provided to me learn more verticals, which enhanced my skill-set.

Salary and benefits:
If you are a good performer, a good hike is guaranteed every 6 months.

Work Environment:
Led by young and talented entrepreneurs. No one is pressurised unless and until work gets done on time.
All the managers and even the Director is easily approachable, which creates a healthy atmosphere.

A dedicated career-oriented person will love this company.

Worst place u don't get job even after selection worst company

I am very happy to be an employee of ERBrains. I am happy about the work culture here and congenial everyday atmosphere and the flexibility of work. It has a youthful, enthusiastic workforce. In summary, I am glad to be part of this company.

This is the worst company ,this does not even deserve single star.The management or recruitment is fake ,seen the worst HRs...They only ask for original certificates and make us work without salary, but they do not even give any legal confirmations for hiring any person . HR behaves irresponsibly without giving proper confirmations and they are mannerless in thier communication.

Who all gave 5 star ratings belong to ERBrains company and the review is not genuine.

This is a Microsoft Navision ERP implementation company.

They do a great job inverting in employee development with ongoing training and sessions to help proper continuous learning.

Superb Company, This can only be the place to get a bright future for freshers i can say. i agree freshers who start here are payed low but the kind of exposure they get is amazing, and definitely they have a bright future. The quality of work is amazing, work culture is good.
