PICA GROUP an NSW StrataManagement what a shocking strata!. Beyond lazy staff, they sit there and collect money. Extremely poor Strata Management, rude staff, rip off. I Give 0 ratting to them. If you ever decide to go with PICA don't even hesitate, RUN away from them!

The other reviews speak for themselves. Non-responsive, does not attend to query, does not adequately resolve any matters that crop up and is extremely rude and unprofessional.
I am the owner for 8 Gertrude st Wollicreek, no one has informed me strata company was changed and no bills has been sent to me since. I spent the last 3 weeks calling, emailing these people requesting bills and stop charging me ridiculous late fees and every time i was told they will look into it and call me back, but then nothing. Today i finally got an email from Jack asking what is my lot number, for the sake of the lord it was in each and every email and phone call i made in the past 3 weeks, and guess what, still can't find my levy bills. I actually wanted to pay my levy but they made it impossible and I can't even see my owner bills after 3 weeks. I have to call Fair trading and find out because I think they are doing this on purpose.
Very unprofessional service, i never received my bills and they are so rude on the phone when I called and asked for the bills to be emailed to us. Email being sent to them basically gets no reply at all, I am taking them to fair tradings for not proving the bills, owners please vote and change this strata !!

They do not respond to our email or phone messages. This guy Sarkis avoids us and after persistently calling he replies with a general, useless generic email without answering our specific questions. Sorry, loose all faith in this company and I encourage other strata owners to avoid this terribly managed company

Working for PICA Group is hard work, but that s how it should be. Powering a national network of brands and branches with products, technology, resources and 70 years of knowledge and experience is not a small job. PICA Group is a hard-working company that is continually looking for ways to help the industry grow and evolve to enhance community living for home-owners, investors, and resident.
I'm not saying that PICA Group have all the moving parts working perfectly yet, I'm saying the company recognises that the industry can be better and is working hard to make strata and building management better now and in the future.

ppl who voted 5 star to this strata, they must be from another planet. Can a strata company get any lower than those guys? I was never given any communicate or bills for my unit and suddenly there is a letter in the mail with recovery cost, after multiple calls and emails and waiting over the phone, they told us their email turn over time is 4 weeks and i will have to pay interest during this time while waiting for my bill. what a joke. please get out of my property i will have other ppl to manage it rather than u guys.
Really proactive and always across the latest legislation or industry changes. Their additional resources, like articles, guides, and videos, answer common strata questions and are amazingly helpful! If you're on a committee or you're just a proactive owner, their social media accounts and COVID-19 toolkit are great to follow. I highly recommend!
Great company to work with, progressive and not afraid to push the traditional boundaries of the strata management industry
Love the direction this company is heading in. Their genuine "company values" are being displayed throughout the organisation daily and the branch network has an amazing national support team providing clients with greater access to specialist advice and care.
Send them a message about unit water noise last year in Aug or Sep, haven't got any reply. And another one in this year in April. Still no reply.
I had to go to local real estate to find who is building manager was.
Losing building management contracts left and right down at Breakfast Point (Estate Managers).
Not looking good for PICA....
Owners please get together and vote these ppl off your property. Never send the correct bills, never reply to emails and phone calls, terrible service and extremely rude when you call them
It looks like all your clients have the same opinion of your service. We have never had more trouble receiving and processing levy notices for our landlords since you took over!

Very rude and absolutely incompetent strata manager. Commissioned works to be done on our neighbours apartment building (different lot) and has ignored requests for an explanation or refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
The PICA Group is extremely professional. Strata management requires a great deal of knowledge & the PICA group provides great training & support for its people to enable great service to its clients.
Don't buy from them as their returns policy is from the last century
The QLD strata team do a great job. For the one customer that leaves a grumpy review there are thousands of customers where everything went along fine.

Most pathetic experience I have ever had to deal with for any company ever. Bought land in a strata community (seaside estate). First home owner, get an outdated welcome letter 11 months later with all broken website links and a bill for $1075 consisting of $165 worth of debt recovery fees, spoke with the manager of the Community Susan McCluskey after 5 failed attempts to get a conversation initiated over the phone, multiple charges of $54 each time for debt recovery were charged yet that $54 is the cost of reprinting and sending a letter to the previous owner who doesn't care as he doesn't own the property anymore so just discards the letter, once they finally pick up a phone they get the information that the property was sold and get in contact and I pay within an hour of receiving a bill but they refuse to waive any of the $165 of fees that have specifically charged for a service of chasing up the recovery despite no real attempt was made until the fourth recovery charge 11months later therefore only one charge should apply as I was only contacted once through the debt recovery charge yet they won't waive any of the other three charged where they charged me for a debt recovery service that was inneffective.
Awesome experience with PICA Group. Professional people who truly care about changing the strata industry for the good. They have subsidiaries who provide a local service and who support their local communities. They provide excellent 'easy to read' strata content which is on their website, in an industry with very complex information.

Australias most incompetent company with $1000 open challenge if someone can provide me a worse company then BCS strata company.
1) PICA Group OC Manager cause massive loss to our $1.2 Million property.
2) They put our kids, family members at risk .
3) These hopeless people cause ongoing repairs to our $1.2 Million plus property from April 2017 till now

HORRIBLE!! To whoever is a unit owner, DO NOT even consider contracting PICA strata management for your property. I bought a unit in December 2016 and I have never owned a property using any strata management. their services are appalling dealing with them has been frustrating and unprofessional! They've seek a plumbing service to my unit without my permission and now they had charged it to my levies to an extraordinary amount for me to pay, it is very unfair and biased they do not care about unit owners. This strata management service does not meet a standard of good practice under its industry sector. The Financial Ombudsman will find about this matter very soon.
No return of email after two weeks. So far, so terrible.
I would give them zero stars if possible. They make it difficult for customers to contact them as they do not want to be faced with complaints. If you do manage to to get through to them they are not interested in resolving the issue. As a result the strata companies they manage ( eg. GK Strata Management ) provide poor service as well.
Avoid this company they will not do what they are meant to do and they do not respond to anything. The staff are not good and don t do their jobs and are rude and petty. They are neglectful even with there standards due to health and safety of people and do not care. I suppose if its not affecting them why bother.
