The FREE resources that PICA Group make available to the consumer market are invaluable in providing the clarity required for every person living in a strata/body corporate property.

Community living is not always straight forward, and understanding the legislation and by-laws that guide what you can and can not do in your home is sometimes complex and confusing. I am proud to be part of a company that has such a strong enhancing community living focus.

My favourite resource library is the COVID-19 toolkit. In a time when there was so much need for clear information, PICA Group were quick to provide an easy to understand and continual stream of information to help the market understand how COVID-19 was affecting their home environments.

Working for PICA Group is hard work, but that s how it should be.
