The internet connection is beyond horrible. Calling their customer service to report down times and absolute loss of connection leads to nothing but scripted replies and uncaring questions about my own usage. It is plain to see that they want their reviews to be positive, but I will not change my review until they have shown progress on fixing the repetitive signs of the poorest connection available. It is impossible to work from home on anything without losing connection. It has progressively gotten worse over the past few months.
