I have used Arkwright Insurance for many years and would highly recommend them!

They want to cancel my policy. They say I haven't provided NCB but I stated and shows on the policy there are zero.
On hold for 30 minutes from que of 5. got to 1 then asked to leave a message!

My handler Sam was great she did everthing in her power to help but at the end of the day it was not her fault that we could not contimue our business relationship . i would say its the big boys fault the under writers etc. perfect example of a company to work with and sam top noch

We have recently started to move all our Insurance to Arkwright Insurance. I dealt with Mak and found her to be responsive and extremely professional, equally the quotes provided were competitive.

Got a "cancellation letter by recorded delivery" which said THIS NOTICE IS FINAL YOUR POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED IN SEVEN DAYS TIME so then i phoned after a long log wait was told I hadn't given my monthly payments but guess what i had paid it in one go at the start. Then the excuse was i didn't show my no claims bonus. Then after "checks" I was told it was a mistake. What a ridiculous service.
Please be saved and buy insurance somewhere else.

An efficient and professional service. It was a pleasure to be able to get through quickly on the phone without having endless recorded messages and lengthy musical delays. Our requirements were understood immediately and the quotation saved us a great deal of money. We highly recommend.

Very difficult to get through to, no evening or weekend availability. Phone lines state will match or beat competitor quotes however when asked will not do this.

Best insurance company I have ever dealt with. Had me covered within the hour. Friendly staff. Pleasure to deal with and will definitely be recommending them. Thanks again to all the staffs.
