Having been a pre-pandemic customer of ProValue, I was used to uninterrupted and excellent internet service in a rural area.

With COVID sending the majority of people to work remotely from home ProValue was faced with the overwhelming increase of traffic and use of bandwidth.

ProValue was able to keep service interruptions to a minuscule number. In addition, the service interruptions were repaired and restored within a couple hours!

I commend their dedication to their customer base and their constant strive for excellence in all they do for their customers and their communities!
