Who serve light bread with the meal.. pot salad not very good .pot not done

Does not follow through with catering orders, had food for 30+ ordered and a confirmation number, day of order comes up they did not have the food ready and had miss placed the order. Didn t end up getting our food.

Our first time and we loved it. Will be back soon!

Very good food and very relaxing with great live music and placefor the kids to play next to the river.

Wow, this place was a pleasant surprise! Went kayaking on the river and stopped in afterwards for dinner. Everything we got was incredible -- Mother Fries (smothered with Brisket drippings), catfish, brisket were all delicious. My wife got trout that was honestly incredible some of the best fish I've ever had. Beer was good and cheap. Atmosphere on the patio is great and the service was very friendly.

This place is pretty awesome. Right on the river, great setup with good service. All you can eat catfish and shrimp and the best jambalaya around.

BBQ, music, and a view of the river. They are only open seasonally, so check before you go. The BBQ and catfish are great. The only hit they take is on service. We often sit out on the patio, and they forgot about requests we made.

At face value Proud Mary s seems pretty nice. I came a couple weeks back to grab some dinner. The restaurant is located on a small, quiet road. It has a good atmosphere, mediocre music, and decent tasting food.

The food comes out very fast and surprises many customers. I decided to order the crab legs only to find out that they are frozen. Like every item on the menu, the crabs are pre-made and heated up. In my opinion, the price you pay for practically already made, frozen food is insane.

If you are sat upstairs, you can see/hear the boss sitting around, and quite frequently, screaming at his employees in the kitchen. It s not enjoyable to say the least.

However, drinks are decent and the staff are nice.

If you are willing to pay for overpriced frozen food, then this is the place for you.

Talk about an awesome atmosphere awesome staff and awesome food this is the total package. Not just another barbecue joint they are a pet friendly, fun having family oriented environment.

Expect a wait because they are busy, but the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is unlike anyplace else- a true Kentucky experience!

Great place to stop and eat, listen to music, or just have a drink with friends. Patio and outside bar area by the river are a big plus in nice weather.

Probably the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. I walked in for a late lunch at 2:38. I stood in the foyer under the sign that said hostess for 12 mins. This might not seem bad but there were hardly any people there. I even had a customer say to me you're gonna starve standing there. Finally someone sat me down. I ordered bbq and crawfish etouffee. 45 mins after placing my order i still had no food. I flagged the waitress down and said to make it to-go that i couldn't wait. 5 mins after that they bring my order out. Get back to the hotel and there are 2 slices of brisket, 1 of which was only about 2" long. $23. I was not impressed. Won't be going back. Wish i had that hour back!!!

Perfect place for a relaxing and delicious meal with kids... Lots of room for them to play as you sit and eat, drink and be merry!! My Happy Place!!

It was fine. Food was good but the prices and the amount you get are way off.. it was ok.

Hands down some of the best food I've ever eaten ! Their brisket is off the chain ! And its very reasonably priced. Its right off the highway so easy to get in and out and back on the road. This is a weekly stop for us on our way to lake cumberland. Absolutely superb.

What a great place to hang out and get quality food and drinks right on the river. HUGE patio covered in trees, with a large outdoor bar and an additional balcony patio overlooking it all. Live music with a bandstand, good staff, great food and tasty drinks. The drive there is thru some of the prettiest land Kentucky has to offer.

Great food. Love going and listening to live music on the patio. Don't get 5 stars because I think they are a little pricey on both food and drinks. And the drinks seems watered down.

This was a perfect spot to hang out on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Live band was fantastic and the UK game was on! Not to mention the service (Hayden) and food was incredible! Falling in love with the Lexington area!

Great, fun atmosphere! The only downside is how busy they get when there is live music. I wish there was a way for people to order food/drinks on an app and pickup in a certain location. On slower days, we received the best service. Hayden was our server & took excellent care of us! We will definitely be back.

The most fun ever! I love that it's by the river. So down to earth. And the live music was some of the finest, like Leah Blevins. Wow! We'll be seeing her at the CMT's !!!

Service was so awful. Our waitness Kept blaming it on the bar, but it awful funnt another waiter that was waiting on tables beside us had no problems. He kept his people in drinks. Did noticed our waitness standing around talking. My hubby waited over 30 minutes on beer, our friend waited over a hour for strawberry daiquiri drink. I was drinking Mt. Dew and waited forever on refills. Took over 2 hours just to get our food. I so wanted to leave. Very poor service tonite. Ask many times for the manager, she never came.

Our waitress was really nice and the food was delicious! Minus having to wait almost an hour for the food, everything else was amazing. And the fried lobster tail was everything!
