I ve experienced very bad customer service, since 8 JAN 2021 I been told car is fixed and ready to pick up but when I got there, my reverse light still not working and one of machinist said they forgot to check it and they don t have part at moment so he ll call me back on Monday but yet, today is 18 JAN , no one call me. I try to email and call service advisor Mia but nothing happened! You company charge me $210 inspect vehicle and didn t get problem fix properly ,and now trying to avoid it?
I can t believe this big company have such terrible customer service.

Update
All the issues have been fix,happy with outcome and will go back again for service.

My brand new lc200 VX was ordered in June including a package of whole car tint.The vehicle was delivered on 26th August but a really bad tint. I was in a hurry that day, base on the basic trust in the dealer, I agreed to get the tint job re-done the same day as the 1000km inspection.
On 15th September, the dealer took the car for 1000k inspection and tint job. After I pick up the car in the afternoon, I found the tint job was even worse, the dust, bubbles, and damage were still the same as the delivery day, some of the tints were just simply cut the edge, I even found a brake blade in the trunk.I also found some parts damaged which is totally unacceptable!
They agree to re-do the tint and replace all the damaged parts, I emphasizing my request orally and writing ask them to provide a professional job and I don't accept any further damage.
On 7th October, the car was back after two days, one of the tint still not good, new damage to tailgate window frame!
they agreed to provide with proper solution the next day, but up to now, I haven't got any call or email from them.
I don't feel any positive feedback or solution to the customer compliant, It feels like I paid $2000 not for tint but ruin my new car!

Have had mixed experiences here. The latest was unfortunately not so great. Had called a service manager to book in a service, but on the day as I was driving to the service I called to see why there was no confirmation sent. Turns out the service wasn t booked in (even though the gentleman said it was), and I was asked to reschedule for a few weeks which is an inconvenience since I had to make arrangements for transport etc. I had not had any problems with prior services.

I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with Canning Vale Toyota after the experience we have had with them.

The pushy sales man assured us that the warranty we were buying was essentially a new car warranty it wasn't until we needed to make our first claim that we found out that this was far from the truth.

We also had some servicing done through Canning Vale Toyota and they told me the brake fluid needed replacing. (This had only just been done) they also advised us we needed a new air conditioner filter for $180.00. My husband checked the air conditioner filter and it was brand new and did not in fact need replacing at all.

We had tried to contact the management at Canning Vale Toyota on various occasions. We even tried to make an appointment to go in to discuss these issues with them and received no response.

On two separate occasions we went into the dealership only to be told no one was available to speak with us.
We only heard back from Canning Vale Toyota after we posted a negative google review.

Save yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.

Great Service every time from Canning Vale Toyota....

Great Service every time from Canning Vale Toyota. We have a both 2017 GX AWD Rav 4 and a 2018 Prado GXL. The team have always most helpful and friendly to deal with and nothing is ever an issue. We have also found them to be competitive on Tyres which we replaced on our Rav 4. Highly recommend 10/10.

My vehicle was 7 weeks in the workshop.

My vehicle was 7 weeks in the workshop.
Unable or unwilling to repair it and had extremely limited contact other than my own chasing of the service department.
Toyota Australia were similarly unable or unwilling to intervene.
I towed my car away from this Toyota certified workshop.
As a final example of the standard of this dealership, my vehicle also sustained panel damage.

Beware of these disenguous people!
