I have been to many physio's around perth but this place is the best place that i have been to. The service that we get for the amount we pay is really worth.

Friendly and caring physiotherapy centre who take care of their patients. Reception staff and open and welcoming, and physiotherapists take their time to understand and treat your problem. Highly recommend.

If I could give this a 0 I would.

13/06 - My partner required a moonboot as instructed by her doctor. We seen a therapist whom advised her of what to do (She was nice and helpful) and recommended a moon boot for her ankle to recover. Thus she was fitted with one and told to walk around.

The moonboot fitted fine even though when going back to the reception they mentioned it was small. Three members of staff (One blonde lady, one with glasses and one with a big nose all of them female.) seen my partner have a moonboot on her. At this stage we came to payment in which we were charged $90 and $7 per day for crutches which came to $14 which was fine totalling $104.

The three staff all double checked the invoice and we paid it and asked if there's any more to pay and they confirmed no. We were to return on the 20/06 to return the crutches which we happily obliged.

On the 20/06 we returned the crutches and seen the member of staff whom wore glasses, we asked if there's any more to pay or sign and she confirmed nothing else is to be done.

On the 21/06 we get a call and an email for an invoice of the moonboot for $165!! We had specifically asked before about any extra outstanding balances and the three staff seen her with the moonboot when we left on 13/6.

The members of staff have made us feel like criminals by demanding the payment immediately even considering when we asked multiple times if there was anything else to pay.

Do not use Maddington physiotherapy centre as they clearly do not know what they are doing and especially if the clients are reliant on this treatment they may be stung for extra costs at the practices random discretion.

I have been attending this physio for the last two years and I am extremely happy with the services that I receive from my treating physiotherapist and from the remedial massages, I would highly recommend them.

Great, friendly, professional and quality care, would just like to thank Ryan and his team for offering a great service to my son with hyper mobility issues, his treatment required regular visits and he has now returned back to playing his much loved basketball thanks to Maddington Physiotherapy March 2018

Ryan East One of the best physiotherapist that I have ever been to. What you pay is what you get, it's worth the time and money . unlike other physio's he takes time to ask us why it happened, how it happened and what steps we could take to stop it in the future. Getting an appointment is very easy and convenient with the friendly reception staff.

After being referred to Maddington Physiotherapy by my Doctor , I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I started my recovery with the wonderful Physiotherapist Robert Moore , I found him to be friendly and very good at his work.
I moved on to the remarkable Physiotherapist Sarah Lawrence who is progressing my recovery further along very nicely. I found her to be friendly and remarkable at her work.
I would recommend Maddington Physiotherapy for any of your pains and aches.

Great physiotherapist (Ryan East) is very thorough and professional. All staff were so helpful, they squeezed me in for an appointment as I was in pain and I am now pain free. Very thankful!!!
