I ve experienced very bad customer service, since 8 JAN 2021 I been told car is fixed and ready to pick up but when I got there, my reverse light still not working and one of machinist said they forgot to check it and they don t have part at moment so he ll call me back on Monday but yet, today is 18 JAN , no one call me. I try to email and call service advisor Mia but nothing happened! You company charge me $210 inspect vehicle and didn t get problem fix properly ,and now trying to avoid it?
I can t believe this big company have such terrible customer service.

Update
All the issues have been fix,happy with outcome and will go back again for service.
