My brand new lc200 VX was ordered in June including a package of whole car tint.The vehicle was delivered on 26th August but a really bad tint. I was in a hurry that day, base on the basic trust in the dealer, I agreed to get the tint job re-done the same day as the 1000km inspection.
On 15th September, the dealer took the car for 1000k inspection and tint job. After I pick up the car in the afternoon, I found the tint job was even worse, the dust, bubbles, and damage were still the same as the delivery day, some of the tints were just simply cut the edge, I even found a brake blade in the trunk.I also found some parts damaged which is totally unacceptable!
They agree to re-do the tint and replace all the damaged parts, I emphasizing my request orally and writing ask them to provide a professional job and I don't accept any further damage.
On 7th October, the car was back after two days, one of the tint still not good, new damage to tailgate window frame!
they agreed to provide with proper solution the next day, but up to now, I haven't got any call or email from them.
I don't feel any positive feedback or solution to the customer compliant, It feels like I paid $2000 not for tint but ruin my new car!
