I normally like to use a local business; however, Proplogix is very communicative, creates realistic expectations and delivers when expected. If they can't meet a due date, they let you know immediately. The customer service is VERY GOOD. I'll continue to use them because they are a company with integrity.

As a realtor for over 20 years, I've dealt with many management companies and what a headache. Vanessa Huni with Propologix took the headache away. She was able to get closing documents with approval before the title company needed them for our closing. I will suggest to all the title companies I deal with to go through them. PropLogix is truly the best! I've used several different lien search companies in the past but the kind of customer service and attention I receive is amazing. My account manager Luis Burgos is absolutely outstanding. Luis is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He bends over backwards to accommodate my requests, from small deals to bulk order of 125 lien searches and surveys. I would be lost without Luis. If you're not using PropLogix you should start. And ask for Luis.

This is just a copy and paste company that does what someone can do in 29 mins . Horrible company that has horrible pay makes horrible employees .. good luck!

I had to call PropLogix to get information for my estoppel notice. Charlie answered the first time I called and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Great experience!
