The representative helped guide me through the process of paying off my account with ease. She was patient, polite and helpful.

PCI has always been great at working with my wife and I with the loan we took out for our rainbow vacuum. They called me a couple times to politely remind me that my payment was due. The representative was very helpful and friendly. They understand that sometimes people get distracted and forget things, and always seem willing to help me with anything I need to make payments easier.

The call center helped out immensely. They were all kind and very professional. They had all the right answers and walked through all the details thoroughly. Kathryn was very helpful on the second call and took care of my requests quickly and was very courteous. Thanks team! Great Job!!

The customer service for this company is amazing! Everyone I have talked to is very nice. Just like any finance company, they are not transparent about how all interest accrued over the expected life of your loan will be applied to your balance if the balance isn't paid off in the agreed amount of time. However, it seems like this is common with most finance companies so what can you do.

The representative katheryn was super helpful. I lost my paperwork and did not have my account info. She looked me right quick and helped me with my pay off. She was so pleasant to work with and she made the process so easy.

My rep was very sincere and helpful even with delivering some really bad news. If I had to choose a representative for future reference it would definitely be her!

I had the best experience with my representative Jamie! She had the best attitude and she took the time to walk me through everything that I needed to be handled. The skill set was fantastic and her patience was great because I was doing lots while she was holding on the line. Thank you so much Jamie and thank you PCI for you quality service.

Very friendly service. I called to get the payoff on my loan and received very friendly service and advice on the steps to pay off my loan and cancel my auto pay so they didn't cross.

Received yet another collections call. We were laid off during this pandemic. Lady stated we haven't yet received a payment and was hoping to secure a payment today. I asked, do you know why you have not received a payment? She said, no, I said it should be in the notes. Well things change so we don't keep notes, then she starts to read notes about us being laid off. Anyway, I let her know we started working again starting yesterday and she said that we can set up a payment plan. That they will be so glad to help and work with us but they may report us to the credit bureau for accruing late charges . Help? Work with us? That is a joke straight up. I have several companies that I do business with and every single one of them was so understanding and VERY helpful during this time of great world pandemic. But Preferred Credit Inc. only wants their money ( we have a legally signed contract ). We know next time to not use them or recommend them. We will work the hardest to get the companies that really helped us paid. Oh don't get us wrong we will pay Preferred Credit Inc. but they are on the bottom of our list. This is the first time that we were in such a hard bind and really surprised how much the companies helped and cared. There is always one in the bunch that has no morals.
