Thad Leonard, a Rich & Cartmill agent, called my business for information. We directed him to the correct department to acquire the information he was seeking numerous times. He was very unhappy with this, threatened us, and now has called our office non-stop over 30 times harassing us after we have asked him to stop. Ridiculous and unprofessional. This man has scared our office assistant and seems unstable and dangerous.

Handicap entry is terrible. Has a ramp but then you have to struggle with opening the door because there's no automatic door.

I moved to Tulsa from Iowa and was trying to find an independent insurance agent here. I called Rich & Cartmill insurance and left a message. Later someone called me back and quized me down mostly about the other bids I've gotten. When I told him I wasn't going to disclose the other bids he INSISTED. Again I said no.
He then went into how most of his clients have 50 or more employees, so I asked if a single member LLC is not business that they write and he said "that's not what I'm saying." Then he complained about how it takes 4 or 5 hours to write a bid. It doesn't. I used to sell insurance.
I told him, I have my vins and coverage expectations in front of me - do you want to bid it or not? He told me to text him my email address so I can fill out the paperwork myself. I decided that if I can't even get him to write the bid, I really don't want to see what the post sale service is like. No thanks I'll go somewhere else.
