Performed an appraisal AFTER the real estate transaction was cancelled and charged me more than I authorized them to on my debit card with no explanation why. I authorized a payment of $475 and was charged $500 this was all 3 days AFTER I signed paperwork to cancel the transaction. Appraisal was suppose to have been performed Friday, Real estate transaction was cancelled Monday but they charged me on Wednesday for $25 more than I was quoted it would cost.

I have worked with Property Rate for the last 10 years and their service is beyond exceptional. They re professional, accommodating, and get appraisal as completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I have been working with property rate for the last 8 + years and I have nothing but love for this hard working team! We all have to deal with the cards we are dealt and not every appraiser is perfect but they do a great job in selecting the appraisers on the panal and if we ever have an issue they are quick to assist in any rebuttal if necessary. They are hands on and always available via email or if preferred a phone call away. I am one happy Loan officer for having this team by mine and my clients side. Thank you guys! Much love, Yvonne M.

This is the worst business ever!! And their appraisers are completely incompetent!!! Especially Michael Goad from Bakersfield. Avoid using him at all costs!!!

This company is terrible. I had the appraiser come out, he was at least polite, but he did not wear a mask during COVID. Two weeks pass, and I hear nothing. I called and apparently the appraiser hadn't turned in the report to their office. When I did get the report, it was way off on understating my property value. I even contested their opinion with more accurate comps than the ones they used, and they refused to reassess their terrible appraisal. Save yourself the trouble and go with a better appraisal company!

Do not use this company. They hold your card number & add charges to you without notification or explanation.

Highly unethical. They are sell-outs. For money they've sold their soul and all their ethics. They'll appraise your property for whatever value financing company tells them to. DO NOT USE THEM. EVER!

They charged me 30% more for an appraisal than I originally authorized. Now they are nonresponsive through email, and do not answer their phones. Do not use!

As a former employee, this company could care less about the success of its consumers. There are terrible appraisers that are unprofessional and fo work on 'their'. The owner keeps personal relationships with his favorites. The people employed are not educated in real estate at all. Please do not work here or offer your business.

They sent someone to appraise my home and came back $20,000 less than my loan because they didn t include the CURRENT comps for the area, they used last years #s

Had to come here for business and parking is absolutely horrible. I drove around the building for 10 minutes before a spot opened up. It appears the construction next door is taking up a fair bit of their parking.

Our lender couldn't find an appraiser, so they used this company to help, which was the biggest mistake ever. I don't know where they find their appraisers, but it is clear they are not qualified, which explains why they are available. I am in the real estate industry and have reviewed thousands of appraisals, and this company and it's appraiser are absolutely horrific. Even after I brought all the issues up to the company, they didn't do anything.

seems like they assign to the lowest bidder not the competent appraiser. Instead of sending me work, they send bids. They already know my prices.
