This company is terrible. I had the appraiser come out, he was at least polite, but he did not wear a mask during COVID. Two weeks pass, and I hear nothing. I called and apparently the appraiser hadn't turned in the report to their office. When I did get the report, it was way off on understating my property value. I even contested their opinion with more accurate comps than the ones they used, and they refused to reassess their terrible appraisal. Save yourself the trouble and go with a better appraisal company!
